Cece was patient and she took the time to ask questions and find the right products that met my needs. She walked me through some of the steps and followed up with me to answer any questions I had. Came in and although it was super busy and there weren’t many employees but Channing took the time to work out a time for us to come in and get a loan. She was extremely professional and had a great attitude. She was attentive to my needs and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. I came here after having a bad experience at shell federal credit union. I stayed there literally 3 HOURS at smart financial because Channing and Eustacia were determined to get my process done as much as possible for the day. They were super friendly, did not make the experience stressful and serious like some banks, and were apparent that they know what they’re doing.
