Starbucks

Went through the drive thru today and got an iced chai latte with the new lavender cold foam and it was a speedy friendly process. The staff was very nice and the outside was clean.

Excellent store, service is outstanding at any time. Absolutely recommended. The outside and inside seating are both gorgeous. Thank you!

I really drove up for a Chai Tea and a White Chocolate Hot drinks. I enjoyed these two drinks often. Unfortunately these two didn't survive the way home. The cups were defective and leaked. Unfortunately the bag tore when I reached my destination. No drinks but one hot mess. I called the restaurant and left the manager know and she graciously offered to replace. Excellent customer service by far!

This is a brand new Starbucks. It's clean and modern on the inside. Lots of wood and metal. Some good artsy stuff on the inside Too. Comfy chairs and some bar chairs as well. The employees are happy and polite. The drinks were very good and everything was fresh. It also has a drive thru.

Stopped at drive thru for special coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Everything bagel was ok, but not an everything. It lacked the rock salt which makes it a true Everything and signifies it is made on site. I believe their bagels are probably shipped in and mass produced.

Ugh. Literally my favorite coffee shop on the planet. Macchiatos out of this world. Shaken espresso even better. And a caramel frappe holy smokes. The baristas are all top notch. And I couldn't recommend any place better.

Have been to this location many times over the last months and is by far my personal favorite in Southern PA. The personnel are always extremely polite and have a cheerful disposition that alone could really brighten up your day! The inside is quite spacious compared to most and an ambiance that makes it's users right at home. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. I was there on busy Christmas Eve morning and there were a few glitches with my online ordering, and they were so kind with helping to fix everything! So kind and cheerful.

We visited this for a snack and their menu was out of almost all food items. But the reason for 5 stars is for Sarah's customer service. Even tho almost all our choices were out of stock she was so pleasant and made it so easy for us! Absolutely superb customer service kept calm and always smiling! Great job Sarah! You were able to secure the sale even with a menu with limited items!!

The line was long, but service was excellent, will be returning again.

Workers are always very friendly. Drinks are made good and if your not satisfied with it they make sure to make it right

Employees who work the morning shift are absolutely wonderful! My friend and I go there almost every morning & they remember both our names & more then that they remember our coffee orders perfectly. Inside including bathroom is always very clean and its definitely handicap accessible which is so important to me because I use a walker and some days I have to use my wheelchair. I ❤ this store!

Probably had my favorite Starbucks experience here to date. Was the drive through line long? Yes. Did it go fairly quickly? Also yes. I failed to get the name of the girl at the window but she was super nice, got my order correct (not a lot of stuff, but an obnoxious singular drink), and even asked me the question of the day (what is your favorite movie). I have been to many Starbucks across the world and even this one, but today's visit was definitely one of the best.

Had such a pleasant experience today the lady working the drive thru today was just so pleasant and her customer service was superior!!

Service was great. I had a gift card, points, and a normal debit to charge and the lady was awesome.

Typically busy but do their best with getting through the line and ensuring you get the right drink. Also, got a sticker on my cup. Love that.

WHAT A DELICIOUS BURGER!! Stopped in for a bite with my wife and we left there full and satisfied. The people were very friendly and the vegetables were fresh. And I have to admit, the atmosphere is so relaxing that I could have taken a nap after eating. I will definitely be back again. Thanks for the polite hospitality.

Great place, good atmosphere etc (even though you can't really enjoy it at the moment haha). Whenever we're in the neighbors I stop by with my family. My daughter loves to say hi to the intercom people. One time the girl on the speaker turned on the screen out there where they take the orders so my daughter could see her haha. That was really sweet! She even made the order out in my daughters name :)

Met the manager Kristen she is great. Great personality works well with her staff. My friend ordered some drink but is not a big cafe person and she and her peers made every right.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever frequented. I’m a morning person so I can only comment on the morning crew but what a wonderful group of people to start your day with. The drinks are always spot on and the service is always stellar. I feel like I’m visiting friends as my dog and I are on a first name basis with the crew. (Bring back the morning muffin!)
