Starbucks

Stopped by on a Sunday morning and it was empty, I was immediately greeted by the barista. Ordering was quick and my drink was done perfectly. The store was immaculately clean including the bathrooms.

There are plenty of places to sit which makes this great for students (I used to study here in college) or just for people stopping by to chat with each other. The artwork on the walls is a nice touch including the Spartan decorations in the back.

My boyfriend ran in for ice for my finger I injured and someone went above and beyond and also gave him ibuprofen to give me for the swelling, you're an angel. God Freaking Bless🇺🇲

Getting some work done and checking emails while my son finishes up new student orientation. Very impressed with how friendly everyone is and the nice atmosphere. Plenty of room, great music playing and not too crowded.

I had an issue with my app where my stars disappeared but it didn’t give me my free drink. When I came in and explained to them they made my original drink for free without any hesitation or issue involved and were super nice about it, especially since it was a complicated customized drink and it was a venti ($8 drink) and they just went with the honor system. Super impressed.

I love this location!!! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and has come to recognize me on days when I come in. Sometimes it’s a bit slow, but I understand that finding staff is hard so I don’t mind the wait. The store is clean and I love doing my work there. My drinks are also always super great from here. So thank you to these baristas !!!

One of the fastest & cleanest stores in the area!! The entire team has changed over the last year. The team was completely rebuilt. Almost no one that worked last year is there now. A few solid 2+ year team members and alot of amazing new faces! This store is busier and faster than its Ever been. It gets busier than most Starbucks in the area. Manager is super nice and all the Starbucks employees are super nice and welcoming. If they don’t get your drink right the first time they just remake it. Its impressive that they can remember hundreds of drink recipes!!! Most are students too! Their resiliency blows me away!

Ive been a frequent flyer here over the past 8 years and its my favorite Starbucks location in the Lansing area!! They are fast, the most friendly and personable, not to mention clean. They always offer to remake my drinks if I am really late to pick up my mobile order when its my own fault 💕 Not mention they are the best at making the Flat White!!

This location always makes the perfect caramel frappuccino for me, i’ve never had a bad experience here with the lovely workers. so thank you for all of your hard work.

Starbucks employees always do their jobs well, efficiently, and fast. However, Katie, one of the employers at this location, went above and beyond. She talked to us & engaged with us like we were lifelong friends. She was friendly, funny, sweet, caring, and engaging on top of being fast and efficient. My friends and I left the store laughing and feeling so good about the overall experience && I don’t think it could have gotten any better than this. Thanks Katie!

Fast and very friendly service. Easy in and out and well set up for adhering to existing social distancing guidelines in effect locally. Taste and quality of my order was exactly what I'd expect at any Starbucks

Clean, spacious, cozy. Professional and kind service, very efficient with orders. It can get kinda crowded in there, as it's right in the middle of a college campus, and it's not open very late, but other than that a really really nice Starbucks. Great for working in!

I was just in Starbucks and ordered a ham and cheese croissant. Unfortunately, they were out so Hubert (taking my order) said they could give me the ham and cheese on a biscuit. After I paid they were out of those as well. He ended up giving me a $4 off my next order card because they were out. He was so nice and genuine about apologizing. At that point I didn’t even care that they were out because of his politeness. All of the staff is working hard every day and I love going! Best Starbucks around

This Starbucks is amazing. The baristas are always super friendly and care so much about the service they give and craft of your beverage! Plus, they are quick and my drink is always perfect. I come here all the time because of this!

We go to this one all the time even though parking can be a bit of a challenge. I've always found that the baristas were well trained. Drinks are consistent and service is quick. Love the chicken biscuit sandwich...A delicious biscuit with chicken sausage, bacon and country gravy. If you haven't tried the sous vide egg bites, you're missing out! Not just for coffee!

This place is fantastic! They are always so cheery and friendly to everyone. One time they had run out of a sandwich and I had made a mobile order and they ended up giving me and extra sandwich. They also go above and beyond (like giving me a bag and drink carrier without me asking them) also I almost always mobile order from here and they are always quick 👌🏻

I spilled my coffee while studying. I accidentally somehow knocked my coffee off the table as was moving my books and laptop. I felt really bad looking at the pool of coffee and the splashes it made on the side of the seats. I attemted to clean it myself but didn't find any napkins readily available around me. I rushed to the bathroom for paper towels, but they use a hand dryer. I finally went and spoke to one of the staff apologetically. He was so kind about it. He even thanked me for letting them know and asked me what coffee I was having. Not only did they gladly mopped away my mess, they gave me a new coffee. It made my day.

I have been to this Starbucks more times than I can count. Not to get a drink, but because it is a nice place to get work done. Not so busy that you can't focus (unless it's finals week, then you're screwed everywhere in East Lansing). This place is in a location that most people are in and out. The one down the street on Grand River is always busy and harder to find a table. (It's more residentially located so more people stick around).

the chai creme frappe is so scrumpdidlyumptious i wish i could have it in a trenta frfr 😍😍😍 the barista (idk which one) that made my drink needs a pay raise (so does everybody else) on periodt chile 🤣🤣😘😘🤪🤪❤❤❤❤
