We had an excellent experience with our addition/renovation by Macik Builders. Jeff & Joni were our initial contact and guided us through the design and selection process. Joe worked onsite and kept the project moving. He offered innovative ideas and went above and beyond. We love the final product! My husband and I would highly recommend Macik Builders.

Macik Builders were recommended to us by neighbors who had them do similar work to what we needed - total kitchen remodel, bathroom upgrade, all new hurricane-rated windows, and several structural changes. We are glad that we hired them for this work. Joe Macik made sure that the project stayed on schedule and quickly responded to any issues or concerns that came up. The Macik onsite workers were skilled, efficient, and considerate as were the subcontractors. We especially appreciated Joe's help and advice when we picked out the granite, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. The whole project turned out beautifully and we're very happy with the results.

We are beyond grateful for the work that Macik Builders did for our kitchen renovation. We are new to the area and just purchased a new home. Worked with several contractors for estimates to enclose our lanai and transform it into a sun room (including extending living area into sunroom, tile installation, construction of walls, installation of sliding glass door/windows, floor concrete pour/tile installation, install of walls/ insulation, electrical wiring and installation of a minisplit unit).

Macik was not the least expensive but they were clearly the best company considering their professionalism in working with us, integrity in delivering what was promised, efficiency/ timelines for completion (ahead of schedule), quality of the finished project and overall confidence that we were getting a first rate/high quality service. Joni and Joe were very responsive and courteous – answered all our questions and went out of their way to keep us updated on the progress of the project. Joe was particularly helpful in providing ideas on what features to include and giving insight on aspects of the project we had not considered – clearly based on extensive experience gained on previous projects. He went out of his way to help reduce the cost of the project and expedite material availability. Their work crews were all professional, efficient and courteous. Macik finished the project within three weeks while all the other contractors were saying it would take at least 3-6 months. Macik exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.

We hired Macik Builders to complete our total home remodel this year. Without a doubt, I can say they are the best home contractor in Brevard! Their commitment to customer service began with the first phone call to their office. Joe’s “walk and talk” was insightful. Joe listened with intent and took into account our family needs for years to come. We were able to see the plans in 3D when we met with Jeff in their showroom on a 75” screen in their office – a great way to visualize the remodel. The selection for all of our finishes (I.e. cabinets, tile, faucets, etc) were done in their fabulous showroom with Joni. Joni was so helpful and patient with us through-out the selection process. We also bought all of our appliances, TV’s and home theater items through Macik Builders. With their wholesale account, they were able to provide us significant savings compared to retail prices. During the remodel, everyone on their staff as well as their trades were professional, experienced, and dedicated to providing a high-quality product for years to come. Thank you Macik family and team for everything. We absolutely LOVE our remodeled home and are customers for life!

I had a wonderful experience with Macik Builders. I hired them to extend my existing porch and screen it in. From the initial walk through with Jeff to Joe managing the project during execution, everything was very smooth. They kept me informed of scheduled events. The works kept the job site clean each day. The attention to detail was outstanding. I would not hesitate to chose Macik again.

Highly recommend Macik Builders!!! We had a major backyard remodel that ultimately resulted in a remodel of the house directly connecting to the backyard. Jeff Macik did an amazing job with the design of the entire project. He thought of solutions that were practical and exactly met our needs/wants. You could tell every time he worked with us on a design how much he loved his job. He is a natural problem solver, extremely intelligent, and works diligently at making sure all elements work well together for the entire job. We worked with other contractors as part of the pool creation and even though Jeff was not on contract for certain elements, he bent over backwards to make sure that every aspect worked together. He’s extremely professional and really cares about the customer being happy. He puts “doing the right” thing for the client over making money (so refreshing these days!). His wife, Joni, is the business mastermind! Where Jeff is the creativity for the design and manages the implementation of the work, Joni makes sure the invoices are complete, correct, and prompt. The two of them together make an excellent team. Not to mention, the rest of the Macik Builder team that were on-site day-to-day making our dream a reality! Chad, Craig, and Ed were extremely friendly and patient with our day-to-day questions and interest of the job’s progress.

At the end of the job, the work itself is exceptional (pics attached.) We ultimately ended up having a porch extension, windows turned into a big gliding door (on a solid poured concrete house!), sliding doors switched out, electrical work in and out of the house, new family room floors, family room remodel, summer kitchen, and electrical for landscaping & firepit seating work done! And everything went beyond our expectations! All of our friends and neighbors can’t believe the porch extension wasn’t a part of the initial house build! It’s that perfect. And we are being told constantly that our house should be on HGTV! We really couldn’t be happier with Macik Builders and the job they did for us. We have our dream backyard reno complete and in the process, have managed to make some great friends. Thanks Macik Builders!!

I recommend Macik Builders and Joe for anyone wanting to do any updates around their house. We had Joe come out and install a Vent Hood, Tankless Water Heater and pour a new driveway. Everyone that came out was dependable and did everything they could to make sure we enjoyed the finished product. Joe was integral in making sure that our ideas materialized to a good looking finished product. Thanks you guys!

Originally met with Jeff and Joni for our whole home remodel. When they came out they walked and talked with us throughout our 4000 plus square foot home to get an idea of what we were looking to accomplish on our whole home renovation. Once Jeff understood our vision he made suggestions that the other 3 contractors failed to bring up. During the renovation we dealt with Joe, the Project Manager. Joe notified us daily as needed, and addressed any items that came up during this project. There were several factors that lead us to go with Macik Builders, including the ability to choose all our cabinets, counter tops, flooring, and plumbing fixtures in their fabulous showroom. There are a lot of factors to consider when choosing a contractor, we knew we were making the right decision because they made us feel like family throughout the entire process. We are so pleased with the work done by Macik Builders and their entire team. We emphatically recommend Macik Builders for any and all your Remodeling needs.

We converted our rarely used screened in patio and unused backyard into a full time Man Cave that now leads out to a beautiful paver patio with a fire pit. We also removed our old builder grade windows and installed impact windows throughout the house. No more shutters
to put up and zero road noise!! So happy we choose Macik builders to do the job. A very professional job by everyone involved. From the folks in the office to the crew in the field and all the subcontractors. A job well done!! We highly recommend Macik!

On behalf of the family of Rosa Lee Jones, we express the most warmest and sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Macik Builders for designing and building the Rose Lee Jones structure that contains the art mural depicting her accomplished life. The family hired Macik Builders to craft and design the 3-sided edifice with very minimal instructions. They were able to connect with their vendors to secure and obtain the absolute best quality of materials. The Rosa Lee Jones memorial site sits on the City of Cocoa’s lot, located on the corner of Rosa L. Jones Drive and Brevard Avenue in the historic downtown Cocoa Village area. It was necessary for Macik Builders to comply to specific codes and regulations. They even had to work with the City of Cocoa to submit a permit and was able to submit it just once without making any corrections. Not only is Macik Builders a guru at their craft, they are also very nice people who go out of their way to provide the absolute best customer service. Thank you, Jeff, Joni and Joe, (I call them the 3-Js) for all your hard work and due diligence in preserving my grandmother’s legacy and I am sure, years from now people will come from everywhere to marvel at the beautiful structure and art work Macik Builders will always be known in history as the Builders of this wonderful and beautiful Edifice. Our project started with just a kitchen remodel, but ended up being so much more!
After the hurricane, we discovered extensive damage with previous new window installation from another company. MACIK worked with us and reinstalled them properly and gave us a new kitchen, new walls, new living room, 2 remodeled bathrooms, all new plumbing and electric!
Not only were they professional, their compassion throughout this difficult process
was a blessing. ( my dear mother passed away in the middle of the project )

We hired Macik Builders to remodel our kitchen, dinette and laundry room, and replace a balcony door and window with impact rated windows. The kitchen remodel was extensive, we removed a load bearing wall, re-routed plumbing and electrical, put in new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, flooring, lighting, moved the pantry door, built a window seat, painted.
Jeff, Joni, and Joe Macik spent hours with us planning the project. Their suggestions were spot on. Their thoroughness and attention to detail commendable. Their crew of workers were friendly and professional.
We would definitely use them again. We love our new spaces.

They are a five star company! We just replaced our old sink in the kitchen because the granite was cracking around it. Instead of taking the entire granite countertops off, Joe and team were able to cut the areas out and replace with a new sink to cover the area. I have breathing issues and must say, after they were finished, cleaned up and left I discovered that I could still breathe fine. The team did a thorough job, cleaned up afterwards and Joe even called us to make sure we were happy with the work. This company cares to do things correctly and the follow up was a huge surprise. We just don't find customer service too often in 2020. Thank you to the Macik Builders. You are the BEST!

I hired Best buy to update my home theater and add two new tv's. Macik is the builder that Best Buy uses and I can see why. Joe Macik actually had better ideas than the Best Buy specialist when it came to proper placement of the items I purchased. I will absolutely use Macik Builders for any projects in the future!

I highly recommend Macik Builders. I started out with a relatively small job of replacing a shower pan in a bathroom. When the plumber found damage to the wooden studs in the wall he said it was beyond a plumbing job and someone needed to come out and assess the structural damage. The house is about 55 years old and at some time termites had gotten in. They were gone, but so was a lot of wood. I contacted Macik. They came out and as we looked at the 50+ year old bathroom, it was clear that I'd be a lot happier with a complete remodel - toilet, sink, faucets, lighting, mirror, cabinet and of course shower. They made a lot of great and welcome suggestions being mindful of price and still having a final bathroom to be proud of. After we decided on what I wanted done, they managed the job from start to finish. Everything was handled professionally and they minimized the disruptive and were as neat as can be expected when tearing out walls, old floor tile and termite damaged wood. The final project came out even better than I imagined.

We were in desperate need for a new sliding door, after months of getting no where with the local home supply chains we contacted Macik. They were professional and followed through as they said AND we had our new slider installed in a matter of weeks, not months.

I had a complete remodel of my kitchen, along with floors and 1/2 bath done. Joe Macik and the entire crew were wonderful. Constantly walking me through the process and giving me great ideas that I might not have thought of.

Our new porch turned out even better than I had imagined. Not only does it maintain our beautiful water and golf view but it is useable all year round.
