Build-A-Bear Workshop

The sales associate was so kind. We were browsing for a while and she informed us with a smile that they were closing in 2 minutes. Oh my goodness time flew looking around there.

It has been a while since our last trip to Build-a-Bear. New items include a "voice box" that can be personalized and a lot of licensed characters from Baby Yoda (Grogu) to "Batbear". The staff was helpful and patient with a slightly indecisive three year old and for what it's worth most of the prices were reasonable.

Omg!!! Our twins LOVED it here & the staff is AMAZING!!! they accommodated us with our 9 yr old twins which 1 of them is autistic!! And there was a birthday party going on!!! We had a blast!

This was an amazing experience for my son! We went early on a Friday and he practically had the place to himself. He had a blast!!!

The employees were fabulous, so kind happy and very into there jobs and making the children's visit Magical. And so they did for both of our girls ages 3 & 6

I am 16 turning 17, I recently visited to relive abit of childhood magic as I went to build a bear very frequently as a child. I went with my partner and the woman who helped us was absolutely wonderful. She did not judge me at all, she was very happy to see how excited I was and made sure to say it to me. It was a wonderful experience and I left with a new furry friend :)

Visit the shop for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and was helped by Grace. She was super kind to her and definitely has patience and is kind to kids. It was very nice bringing my daughters here on this special day. Thank you Grace for everything.

It was on a silly wind that my boyfriend took me here. I felt a little nervous at first because I'm in my 30s and I'm going into a teddy bear shop. The staff was really fun. It was mostly us with only one or two people checking out when we walked in. They talked to us on our level but when it came time to do all the magic of putting the heart in the bear they turned up the charm and I felt like a kid again in the best way possible. It was a really lovely experience. :)

Our second trip to this store and Holly assisted us both times so very helpful.

Awesome, expensive but great staff and atmosphere. Thanks to all the ladies that made sure my kids had a nice time.

My granddaughter was so thrilled to go to build a bear for an early birthday count down! This was her first time there!! Her rainbow colored bear is an absolute beauty and the outfit she picked out is so adorable! What an amazing time! Thank you!

Holly was our party coordinator and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was kind, patient, fun and executed everything perfectly. We wanted to tip her but she informed us that she could not accept tips. I hope her manager will see this and know what a fantastic employee they have. Thank you so much Holly!

Me and my husband, baby, and best friend went here because my bestie wanted a stuffed animal and she was so excited so then the baby wanted one two haha. So they both got unicorn stuffed animals and the staff were super friendly and social and made the whole experience special for both of them and it's definitely worth the trip and money to let your loved ones have a special experience that they've never had before.

They were so nice and let you press the petal to fluff them and you have name him stuff him choose him and get clothed for them and they are so soft and cuddly and they have shoes and they are so nice and they help you with everything

this was such a great experience for my two little girls (4&5). they had so much fun, the staff was very friendly and the customization was seemingly endless! most importantly they came home with a new friend.

After weighing all options and pricing, we decided to book our daughters 6th birthday at Build A Bear in Manchester. I have 3 children and have done many parties, jumpy houses, bowling, laser tag, soccer parties...you name it! This was hands down The Best Best Party Ever!!!!!

The staff....wow! The woman who worked with our group made every child feel so special. She explained each stage and helped each child. She was fun and so patient. The process of building the bear was seamless and every stage was engaging and exciting for the kids( and parents). We are so grateful for such a wonderful experience!!

Heather was great talked to her over the phone about what I needed and she was very friendly and polite. She has great customer service skills. Thank You Heather for all your help. Mr. Cullen!

I have been coming here from the start , 25 years ago. It was an emotional moment , bringing my niece in ,to experiance what has put joy into my heart and many other hearts for so long.

Some things have changed / gone,I am assuming the pandemic is the cause. It has taken a little of its authenticity away, however , it's worth it as it is clear they are being safe .

Be prepared to spend a lot of money or tell your kids no alot. The workers are fantastic people who bring everything together and to life. They are also very skilled at up selling adorable things 😂 Did we really need that back pack ? No ...yes?

Anyway .. If I could give this place 6 stars I would . xoxox

We love coming here! We always have the best time picking out new stuffed animals. My daughter loves anything pokemon related and now we are big fans of how to train your dragon. So there is always something for someone. Don't forget the cute little outfits! Can't wait to come back for more stuffed animals!

Our first time visiting. My 11 year had such a good time and the employees were so kind and go out of their way.
