Starbucks

I go here almost every day because it's right next to my office. Let me tell you, the team here has such an infectious positive attitude. They take the time to learn my name. I've never been one to go get coffee almost every day but they make it worth the money I'm spending. Love this store and staff, Sabrina and Ashley always know my order and know what I like. I would give 10 stars. Give them all the stars. Only positive things to say.

I wish I could give ALL these ladies 10 stars!!!This is my favorite Starbucks in Sioux Falls! I live AND work in Tea but drive all the way over here every morning to get my drink because they make it PERFECT every-time! And if it’s not quite right by chance- they remake it NO PROBLEM. I can always count on this store to start my day off perfectly! They know my name (and some of them know my kid’s names) when I walk in and know EXCATLY what I’m going to order everyday. A+ service! Starbucks is lucky to have this group running the 57th and Western store.

The employees at this Starbucks are always so friendly. They are quick and have gotten my order right every time. I love their tumblers. I picked up two, one for hot and one cold drinks. You get bonus rewards for bringing in your own cup. So it’s good for the environment and good for you!

Ashley made our day. We stood to get some morning Joe before our doctor's appointment. Her chipper, positive, morning attitude was as good of a start as the cup of Joe.

They are great at this store, drinks made correctly, good customer service and very friendly. We went both inside and thru drive and everyone who helped us was externally professional. When we were inside Jess was helpful and very friendly. My mom couldn’t stop talking about how good her White Mocha was.

The morning staff are so friendly!! They take time to talk to you and get to know you. I'm from out of town and wish my Starbucks was like this! They also seemed to know the "regulars" and have their mobile orders ready and hand them off as they walked in the door. Super great place!!

This Starbucks is AWESOME!! I always go out of my way and the longer route to make sure I stop at THIS one. Their staff is always fun, caring, sweet, and passionate about their job. If I just want to stop and do homework, I will go here because the environment is so friendly and homey. I love this place. 5 STARS!

I usually don’t drink coffee since I get so hyper and usually end up in detox, but I just found out they serve all sorts of things here at Starbucks from chocolate croissants to literally just milk in a cup. Frappes and decaf coffee are usually my choice of beverage when I get here. If you’re hungry they even have sandwiches and egg items for a breakfast get’n’go experience. They just take them out of the bag and pop em in the microwave and BAM! You’ve got a no so soggy tasty treat!
Customer service is above and beyond. I sat in the drive through window talking with the employees for over 15 minutes! Sometimes it was hard to hear over the cars behind me honking but we had great conversation. Thank you Starbucks! I’ll always be a fan and customer.

Always wonderful and friendly service here. If there are any mistakes to your order they will fix it no problems asked. Very popular location so just be ready to wait in line for a bit.

I like this place.

Especially the big smiles that always welcome me here even I am not regular as I only visit when I visit my friend in Sioux Falls.

I enjoy the relative calm here so I can read my books.

Came in on Saturday and Sunday. Drive thru was backed up both times. However, when I entered the store, they were great, fast and super helpful. Will be back.

The baristas are good here. When we got up to leave one of them called out "Thanks for coming in. Do you need anything for the road?" Very good service.

Very friendly staff here, stopped in quickly because I was dropping some stuff off at the bank being built next door. First time at this location and was treated well and efficiently.

as a current starbucks partner, you know what to look for in a good starbucks store. this store is always going above and beyond of customers while it’s one of the busiest in the city. i always make a trip here while i’m in Sioux Falls visiting family. Kudos, Starbucks on Western!

Starbucks coffee is the best tasting coffee you can get! They also provide other drinks such as teas and fruit drinks. The employees are all friendly and provide a unique personality to the environment 5/5

It’s a very busy shop but always had great service here! The drive thru takes a little longer but it’s just a busy location so that’s to be expected.

Love that dragon fruit drink they always make it the way you want it and the Danish is pretty good🙂

They are busy during peak times, but the service is fast and they have never messed up my drink.

Fast service and nice staff. Depending on the time of day though, the drive thru might be a little long.
