I have been at the storage unit for six years now and ever since Public Storage took over. The customer service has only gotten better. The level of communication and customer service from Tabitha that works there is nothing but the best and deserves more than a five star review. Professionalism and always helpful and actually listens to What my needs are every time I have a question. Kudos to Public Storage for having such a great employee, really makes a difference when having to choose what company destroy my. belongings.

Tabitha is very nice and respectful. Works very hard and will help you the best way she can. Answer any questions you may have. Very good worker and good at her job. She makes you feel welcome. Has a wonderful personality. I recommend going to see her!! She deserves a raise!!!

I’ve had a unit and a parking space here for going on 6 years now. I am so glad that Public Storage took over last year from the previous company. The customer service now is way more professional and welcoming. When Public Storage took over they kept Jacob around. I’m glad they did because he’s a good man that loves to help his customers. If he doesn’t know something he does his best to find the right answer and not blow smoke. Tabitha is a ray of sunshine and you can tell she loves everyone she meets. She goes out of her way to help each one of her customers. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude, even when I’m having a bad day. This lady is amazing! Great job is an understatement. She makes you feel like family. When I thought about moving she helped me save money. When I left my keys in my other truck she helped me. When the guy next to me was parking crooked, she asked him to straightened it up and keep it between the mayonnaise and mustard. lol She is awesome y’all! So glad she manages this place now! If you want a terrific place to store your stuff, this is it!

When Public Storage bought out Simply Storage I was expecting the management to go from bad to worse. Boy was I wrong. I have had a few different reasons to approach the store manager, Tabitha. I have always been treated with respect and a positive attitude that clearly demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I may not have always gotten what I wanted but I felt heard and have known that she was helping to the best of her ability.
I just recently had to move my stored items out of Public Storage. I had given my notice, then later made a couple of trips in and out to retrieve my items, cleaned the unit, and took my lock. Before I could even let Tabitha know I was out she sent me a move out receipt. She clearly pays attention to what is going on in the facility via the cameras, saw that I was out, checked the unit, and took care of business. Not many people take their jobs so seriously. I appreciate that level of professionalism. Thanks Tabitha!

Great, clean facility, and Tabitha was so nice on the phone and directed me right to my unit when I was first loading it up, then was just as sweet when I stopped in the office. I’ve used a couple storage places since being in GA, and this one was easily the best. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage space.

The lady at the front desk has the most jovial personality. It was a pleasure doing business with her. She went out of her way and offered my chihuahuas and I cold water on an extremely hot day. Thank you Tabitha.

The property is always well-maintained, love the service I get, Tabitha always on top of the situation pleasant to work with when I come in with any questions.She is definitely management material very professional and handles her self very well.
