Such a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff, friendly, and willing to explain every detail of every item in the store. If I’m ever looking for spices or teas, I definitely will be coming back here. There were a few I didn’t find appealing but everyone has their own preferences and there was plenty to choose from.

The shop specializes in teaware and a wide range of loose leaf teas. It meets all your tea needs.
It doesn’t matter whether you are a seasoned tea drinker or a beginner as its product range contains a lot of varieties.
The store offers some of the best teas while boasting of top quality products to ensure you enjoy high-quality tea flavors.

Wife and I stopped in over the weekend to look at their selection.

Had a nice chat with a older woman (can't remember her name, unfortunately) who gave me a recommendation of Fireside Spice Oolong based on my usually tea preference (generally straight black).

She said she also wasn't a huge fan of flavored tea but tended to like chai-style tea if she were to have something flavored. She nailed the recommendation and I am really enjoying it. I just wanted her to know that.

Just visited for the first time recently and it's s lovely store.the employees are so nice and helpful. All the tea I got was delicious, I can't wait to go back to get more to try.

So we just walked in to take a look and were shocked at how many delicious sugars, teas, and other spices they have. Then met GRAYSON! He’s this awesome young engaging kid who rocks! Answered questions and offered info to help us pick out what we like. Wasn’t pushy or salesy-just a Fun bright young man. Bought “buy five get one free deal” and this morning I am enjoying one of the best chai teas I’ve had in a long long time.

Love this store! There are so many different blends of tea, very unique. It's pricey, but what a special gift or treat for a tea-lover.

Heather and her Team at The Spice & Tea Exchange of South Hills have never been anything less than wonderful every single time I've been to the store. Not only have they listened to my baking needs, but they've offered many suggestions that have worked amazingly well in my kitchen.

Over the past four months, Heather has worked with me to help my online ordering process be the smoothest it can; every time that I receive an order, it's packed with great care.

Some of the most exotic spices and flavors I have ever tried, so impressed with the knollage and friendliness of the staff and consistent spices I can not go without. This is a must try gem

As someone who just got into cooking and has a lot to learn, I’m so blessed to have met these two.

They answered all my questions, played off of them to open up new options, and made me feel heard and valued as a customer.

It’s one thing to have quality products. After all, the product is what lead me to stop in the first place. It is another thing entirely to have a quality staff. Because of the treatment I was shown by Bryan and Ron, I’ll be coming back until they close the doors for good.

If you have a passion for cuisine but don’t know where to start, go see these guys. They don’t know everything, but they’re willing to share all they have to offer in an honest, passionate, and comforting manner.

So my boyfriend and I were just in South Hills to return an item, but as we were leaving the mall we happened to see this place and decided to go in just to see what it was about. We are so glad we did! We got twelve bags of teas, salts, and sugars. I just tried the calming nights blend with a bit of honey and it is amazing. I will be trying a coffee with some butterscotch creme sugar soon. Boyfriend and I also tried a tea made in store. It was an iced coconut oolong tea with some toasted coconut sugar and it was so yummy! And I don’t even like coconut. We are super happy and signed up for the rewards program. We will definitely be trying more in the future.
We’ll probably be getting it delivered just for the convenience, but we wanted the people at the store know that Caitlyn did a wonderful job. Super helpful and friendly. She was able to explain everything for us and offered tips on how we should use the different products such as mixing the espresso sugar with the emperor chai tea. She was great even just having a casual chat while we waited for the oolong tea to be made. Please let her know that she was awesome.

Went there for the first time looking for something to spice up quarantine at-home meals. Amazing selection, friendly & helpful staff & definitely high-quality product. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

The woman working behind the counter was extremely helpful and was able to answer all of my questions (I always have a bunch) even made me a delicious cup of tea will continue to come back here again and again for all my tea and spice needs

I can highly recommend, so far, the Gourmet Pepper Spice blend and the Matanzas Chili Spice blend. Just awesome stuff!
