Had a good experience knowing that other locations are usually so bad, the employee was very pleasant and you can tell that he was new. My wait time was okay, the only thing that made me upset is a customer who was behind me who took my place and went to the counter pretending she didn’t see me, she probably felt entitled because she is a regular customer there.

I have had nothing but swift, professional, exemplary service at this location on every visit. I go out of my way to come here,

Went to buy stamps...wanted to pay cash...had a 20 dollar bill...
Rude women behind counter says I can't use a $20 cause she has no change...ask how much are stamps..$13.50...I say if you don't have the 50 cents that's okay..she says I don't have a 5 or ones..wow..you think someone would go next door to the 7 elevan and get some change...probably never happened..it's a small post office..but big on attitude

If USPS wants to know why people don't use them it's simple, courtesy, Customer service that is lacking in 90% of USPS locations. I remember it wasn't always like this. Needed some help sending out a package but they wanted to charge for tape. $3.65 cents for tape for one box. She apologized and was nice about it but still cmon. So I went across the street and FedEx taped the box for me and sent it on it's way. Maybe I paid a buck or two more to send it, but just a simple gesture of service made me feel better.

Very bad experience happened to me this morning around 11:45 am . I went there to buy stamp and send money order mean while I ask her questions and start yelling on me and refuse to send the money or selling the stamp . And she told do wherever you want . I don’t do service by
Bad experience

Today I went to drop off a package. The lady wrote as destination: "Canada" instead of writing "Chile" which was the destination written on the paper and on the box. She was very rough at the time and she said “I hate Chile” without a reason, I felt discriminated against. I asked her to write the destination well and then she began to complain and show annoyance, I don't know what.

People who work in this location is extremely rude.

Don’t go. The response and respect they give is very poor.

I had 10 certified mails to send out. Before I was done, she told me that she had to take the next person because it has been 5 minutes, and made me all the way back to the line to mail the rest. Also, she told me the zipcode was wrong on one of the letters, and throw it back to me. I double checked the address, and asked her to try it again, and went through. Did not apologize.
