This was by far the best retail experience that I've ever had, and I have been a retail sales manager over my working life. Nicholas went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great birthday shopping experience and that I got the best price and all discounts available to me, even going so far as to match online prices and calling their internal care department to resolve a store credit issue.

Such a difference from other GameStops locations! Just a few days before Black Friday and things were already busy but the manager and ALL the staff were helpful, engaging, and energetic.

I was trying to understand all the options for a Nintendo Switch bundle and they never got tired of my constant questions and misunderstandings. They were patient, friendly, humorous, and professional. Such a drastic difference from other GameStop locations I've been too. Will definitely make the extra drive out to visit this location.

The employees were friendly and helpful, made some small talk and learned a critical note about a game I wanted a hard copy to would pretty much only be available if I pre-ordered. They explained why and seemed to be legitimately honest in helping me. I'd have been pretty disappointed if I missed my chance at a hard copy. So definitely have them to thank for letting me know.

In the age of video games going largely digital it's kind of cool to still have the ability to go into a store and browse thru the isles instead of just doing it from your TV i think, also being able to grab a toy or t shirt is a nice bonus, if they had snacks it would bea one stop shop for all your having needs!

Although they didn't have a large selection for the DS, the guy working there was super helpful and helped me find a game which both my 6 yr old and myself would enjoy playing.

My kids love this place.. it is worth getting gamestop pro membership if you spend money here frequently

Definitely worth visiting to purchase games. My kids love being able to browse the game selection in person and check put all the cool collectables.

This place is extremely non-judgemental when you return games and thr staff really do help you to finds games tailored to your style, I've gotten four games per the staff's suggestions.

Friendly, helpful staff that kept me clued into what deals I qualified for, they didn't need to do that!
