This place is sooo damn slow. Even when it’s empty it’s slow and if it’s busy getting some gas can turn into a 10 min affair. If this wasn’t the only Sunoco in my area I seriously would not come here

trued to use sunoco credit card, they said only take sunoco west card. I used this gas station in the past under different owner and no issues. this is a scam I will notify bb bureau for falsely showing they take sunico cards

Went there to get gas yesterday and received terrible service. Was waiting at the pump trying to fill up my gas can and nobody came to my car for a while. Decided to put my card in myself because I was not getting any service and I got yelled at by the lady working there. She told me I couldn't touch the machine without her, but then made me fill up my gas can by myself. At the end I asked for a receipt and she told me I was too slow with the machine to get one. So she wanted me to not use the machine but then will say I was too slow to use the machine to get a receipt. She then refused to give me a receipt.

Ahole lady gas attendant went there for gas was running very low and she told me the Sunoco gas card isn't working and that the website is down she didn't even try to use the card so I had to run to the parkway rest stop Sunoco and it worked perfectly fine the liar I knew she was lieing

Terrible service and they do not take the Sunoco credit card ,But they are a SUNOCO STATION . WHAT!!!!!

Go in there with nearly a flat tire and the tire air machine does not work. I go into explain the situation and the little Indian woman at the counter couldn't have been more rude or less caring. When I ask for the manager's name I got nothing. This place should be shut down or Sunoco should force them to remove their name this place is an absolute disgrace that woman should be fired immediately

How hard is it to understand that I physically can not reach across my seat to hand you my credit card?!

Zero stars actually, based on the service, or lack there of. This Sunoco is under new ownership, and it is not any better than it was before. Today, for the third (and final!) time, I was refused service because I didn't agree to pay with "a card". For some reason, the attendant said his "card" wouldn't work. I assumed it was some sort of security that they use to activate the pump. I asked if another worker's card could possibly work. He went to check. I saw the man in front of me pay with cash, so when he left I decided to pull up, thinking this would resolve the issue. The attendant got the owner to come over to me, and he said "the card won't work". He said I could pay with a credit card. I told him that I was NOT going to pay with a credit card, I had cash. He said no, it won't work. Again, I was confused because I just saw someone pay with cash, at this same pump. The attendant didn't even try his card on this pump and at that point, I said "No problem." I am simply going to report this gas station to the BBB. Why? Because I think they are scamming customers into using credit. I also think it has something to do with the ACME/Sunoco promotion. I don't use the promo card, which is offered by ACME and is somehow tied in with Sunoco. I have never seen a sign posted that said "Credit card payment only" and I don't see how that is legal. I will be following up on this because I was treated SO unfairly. When I told him I'd report him, he said I was "yelling" at him, which was not the case. I hope NO one supports this gas station. They have a long way to go in terms of customer service. Two thumbs down!
