I made a purchase at Christmas time at the Queenstown location. This week I took 1 pair of the shoes to the Arundel Mills mall location. The return became an issue because they removed my 10% discount from my whole ticket on the 3 other pair of shoes plus took the bogo. I was ok with losing the bogo discount but not removing my 10% discount from the whole rest of the ticket, shorting me $15.00 additional dollars. When I got home I called the Queenstown location where I originally purchased and Kelsey right away was very professional and willing to help. Sent her both the receipts and she called me with in that hour to credit my credit card for the issue. She is an A+ employee.

A huge range of styles and decent prices for the whole family. I was greeted upon arrival, and the sales personnel were very friendly and extremely helpful. I found numerous styles that fit and purchased two pairs that will work wonderfully for my job where I am on my feet most of the day. Skechers are built for comfort.

wonderful staff, young blonde was very nice and so was the manager, they helped me get many shoes and even helped me with ordering a pair. selection is okay and the store lay out and cleanliness is beautiful, a great experience over all!

Nice selection of all sizes. Every size we needed for 3 out of 4 kids was available. The staff checked for the last child's size and it is out of stock company wide.
