The new GM there is awesome! I believe his name is Alex? He helped me so much! Attentive, kind and helpful. He worked with me to find a solution to my lighting problem. It's a shame that Leslie's is so expensive! They can't compete with online stores for identical products. If they would price match online stores, I would do all of my pool business there.

The manager trains her staff so this store runs like a well oiled machine. If they're busy you have to wait your turn and then when it's your turn you have their undivided attention. Customer after customer, each attended to as long as it takes to keep our pools crystal blue & ready to swim.
