My wife and I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Baron's over the competition. Their pricing for washers and dryers was comparable, if not the same, as what we saw at big companies like Home Depot and Lowe's. Even if we had needed to spend an extra hundred bucks, we would have gladly done so for the superior customer experience.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were greeted—not harassed—by Carlos, who pointed us in the right direction. After browsing for a few minutes, Carlos offered his expertise and helped us decide on the best machines for our needs. We ended up selecting the Electrolux front loaders, and they are fantastic!

Delivery was right on time, with three polite and efficient workers who had everything set up within 20 minutes, despite our machines being on the second floor. We were impressed!

I highly recommend Baron's to anyone in need of new appliances, especially those who value great customer service. Supporting local businesses like Baron's should be a priority! Thank you, Carlos, for making our experience a 10/10. You will be the first person we recommend for anyone with new appliance needs. We'll definitely be back!

The appliance buying process in Nashua was much more personalized than at any big box place. Caylin, the sales rep, really listened to what I was looking for and came up with options that met my needs and budget. Her diligence, follow through, and effective communication were much appreciated!

Scheduling was easy and the delivery and installation people were professional and timely. I will absolutely return to Baron’s in the future and will specifically ask to work with Caylin again!

The entire process of making the purchase at the Nashua store on route 101a was very easy. Carlos was friendly and helped me based on my requirements. The installer Paul was also great. Had the dishwasher installed and running in less than an hour. He left the area clean and was just an all around nice person. I was very confident that I was good hands with a very qualified installer.

Fast and easy delivery. The truck was here right at 9:30am as stated. Removal and set up of new refrigerator was pretty fast.
Wanted to mention I have a young black Labrador retriever, who broke off his collar and was running all over the yard! He is friendly, but pretty wild. Carlos and the other guys seemed to take it all in stride!
I really appreciated that.👍

Carlos consulted with us on choosing Thermador appliances for our kitchen renovation project. He made us aware of all the product promotions and financing deals that were available to us. Barons was a great second but should have been first choice on our LG Refrigerator. We initially went with Sam’s Club, where we had misinformation on delivery, followed by damaged product on arrival. Speaking to customer service for Sam’s is like talking under water. Barons was 180 degrees in every area of a purchase. The Barons Rep said that his store handles everything to include delivery, customer service, and follow up on our refrigerator. Barons also very quick on our refrigerator scheduled date, which was a common refrigerator but we had it within a week. This was surprising as Sam’s Club took weeks! Was the refrigerator more money, it was just a bit more, and Barons doesn’t remove or hook up the appliances unless you pay for that. Another reason why we went with Sam’s Club. In the end, hooking up a refrigerator is not hard and getting rid of an old refrigerator was easy on Facebook Marketplace. Sometimes more is not better in quality of customer experience. I would highly recommend Barons for the best customer experience for buying appliances.

We decided to go with Barons versus the big box stores because of their reputation. They did not disappoint us. From sales to install everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Chris O’Neil came out for our install, very great and experienced plumber! Super happy with our new dishwasher.

After a disastrous experience at Home Depot purchasing an Electrolux Wash Tower and subsequently (and painfully) returning it, we went to Barons!

From the moment we walked in, we saw the difference! The unit was delivered and installed by experienced professionals on a timely manner! (PS, unlike the installer from Home Depot who pushed and jostled the original unit!)

So far so good and what peace of mind knowing that Barons services what they sell!

5 stars Barons although I did have to admit my husband was right and we should have started with you!

An 8 day heat wave claimed our just over 3 year old LG French Door/Bottom freezer refrigerator. The compressor failed. Rather than search for parts and hope they were in supply and of high quality, we opted to buy a new refrigerator. My husband wanted a Fisher&Paykel, an appliance store in MA told us we could wait until November. We called Baron’s in Nashua, they have helped us a lot with new appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. Our sales advisor got us a great deal on a Fisher&Paykel refrigerator that could be delivered in 3 days, honoring tax-free weekend in MA and the refrigerator was $1300 less expensive than the one in MA with a 3 month wait!!! The delivery techs were on time, personable and professional. No need to shop around….Just shop Baron’s of Nashua! Immensely satisfying !!!

Great company if you want or need appliances. My family has used Baron's for decades. Truck showed up at the promised time and the guys were helpful! I showed up on a whim at closing time but the salesman stayed to make sure I got what I wanted...wish I could remember his name, apologies to him! Love my new washer/dryer tower from LG.👍🏽

Exceptional experience start to finish with Ben and Carlos!

Let me start by saying I’m in sales and retail management over 25 years. While I’m an ‘easy sell’ when I find good sales people, I also refuse to buy when I encounter a bad one.
We needed a new washer. We did the online research to get an *idea* what to look at and what to avoid and headed out. We had a bad experience buying ‘the biggest, most reliable’ name brand from ‘an electronics store attached to all the malls’ last year in that we spent $1000 on a machine that has been ‘underwheling’ to put it nicely, and has needed one repair already. So while we gathered basic info online, we wanted professional guidance.
6pm on a Friday, they’re open until 9, we wandered ‘The blue Home improvement store’ appliance section semi-aimlessly for 15 minutes and no one… as in *no.. one* helped. And the store was almost empty other than us.
We had planned to go a couple places and finish at Baron’s but went there second (proximity). It was 6:20, they closed at 7? I assumed we’d get mediocre ‘end of a long day’ type service. NOTHING like that.
Ben immediately approached us, pleasantly asked how he could help and LISTENED to what we wanted. He immediately took us to exactly what we asked for, in the price range it seems they go for (from online exploration), and walked us through why that was the ideal choice. Pricing is tricky with rebates and sales etc etc.. he made a couple small innocent mistakes but the total all balanced out to what he said initially, a little less. Carlos the other salesperson came over to check in and confirmed Ben had us on the right product. All things considered, our family is HARD on appliances so we opted to add the dryer too.
It’s worth noting that Ben also pulled up their page showing competitor pricing, (which was dead on accurate)… ultimately saving me the trip to look at them even if I might have at this point.
Doing my real time due dilligence, and since I’d not read anything about the products we chose, I again went online to check reviews on the actual models and they were gleaming. Consumer Reports rated them the best of the best, and the was at the 1 year old higher price points (they’d come down a little due to a sale).
Couple days later I was talking to a friend who owned an appliance store for 7 years and told him the experience and the cost and he said ‘id 100% gotten the best product he’d dealt with’, and ‘paid a few hundred less than he’d have expected’.
The delivery just happened. I was reminded via text snd email 2 days before, the morning of, and again on arrival. The guys (one was named Genesis) were extremely professional, fast, and offered to do more than I paid for/requested.

Overall an exceptional experience and I wouldn’t spend time next time at other stores. Ill teach myself a little online, but know ill have the best experience and guidance at Baron’s!

Appliances were in great shape! Delivery guys were fantastic and Chris O'Neil from O'Neil's Family Installations was incredible setting up the dishwasher and refrigerator!! I highly recommend Baron’s and O'Neil Family Installations!!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Caylin was an absolute pleasure to work with when deciding on our appliance. She was knowledgeable and listened to all of our needs while staying in our price point. The delivery was seamless and timely. Our old fridge died & we needed a new one pronto. Barron’s had a Whirlpool virtually identical to our old one and was able to deliver it 3 days later (faster than anyone else). I did everything by phone with Chris Cannatta at the Nashua store. He was great. After I bought it I was texting a photo of it to my wife & saw the door swing direction was wrong for us. I called Chris, he confirmed the warehouse had to swap it before delivery, and expedited it so it could still be delivered as promised. I normally pass on extended warranties but bought this time (5 years for less than the likely price of one out-of-warranty service call). The “Jenny” delivery notice bot kept us informed of delivery day progress, it came in the promised timeframe, and my wife raved at how fast & efficient both delivery guys were (new & old fridges “never touched the floor” while hauled in/out on harness rigs worn by the guys!!). I called Chris with two questions the next day which he researched & answered on the spot. I had a GREAT buying experience. THANKS Chris & the entire Barron’s team. This is our second purchase there in 3 years. Barron’s WILL be our “go to” for all future appliance purchases.

We received our new Whirlpool dishwasher today!! Our Baron’s installer was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was competent, and on time. He made sure it fit properly and tested the unit before he left. We are extremely happy with our experience!!

I already had my Napoleon Grill picked out. I went to the store in Nashua where Carlos was great with getting it ordered. The warehouse personnel were great getting it loaded on my truck. Everything went smoothly and as expected.

I rate this the five stars because the delivery people delivering the refrigerator and also the plumber installing the waterline for the icemaker and water in the door were all amazing and went above and beyond. I would recommend this to anyone.
