Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a pizza today not realizing they weren't open yet. I couldnt get through to anyone, figured it would just be cancelled automatically and got something else to eat. Later in the day it was surprisingly delivered. I called the store to try and get it straightened out, the worker there was very understanding and gave me a refund. 10/10 customer service, I wish I got his name.

Sat in my car with my kid and shared a pizza. I don't think I've ever had it that fresh. Very good.

I had issues today. I ordered from the website and the store didn’t get my order. An hour later, we finally had it resolved but of course I was upset by then.

The assistant manager took care of me, made me feel valued and resolved my issue - even though they weren’t at fault. And honestly, that’s the true mark of customer service. Your ability to satisfy an upset customer.

We order from here semi-frequently but today I didn’t have the luxury of waiting an hour.

While I’m late to where I needed to be, this location definitely did their best to make it right.

And I’m cool with that.

Had never ordered from Papa John's before, but after an absolutely awful experience with our usual chain of choice (pizza hut 🙄) that left both my husband and I furious we decided to give it a go. We were extremely pleased with our service. I ordered contactless delivery because COVID, and left instructions for the driver to leave the order on the front porch. They did just as instructed, and even waited a few minutes to make sure we received it. Which I appreciate. The food was hot delicious, and way better than pizza hut. The husband and I ordered the supreme minus olives for us, and an extra extra pepperoni for the kids. Very very happy with it. We will definitely be returning customers.

Haven't had Papa Johns in years but just got a house and they deliver to our address so went with them. Foods been warm and excellent everything and delivery time is decent. I think their pizza flavor and crust consistency is really good as well.

After reading various reviews, we decided to go ahead and give them a chance. I ordered online and got a great deal on one of their specials. I did carryout and they made my pizzas and dessert exactly as promised and on time. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and was impressed as always (like other Papa John's) with their friendliness and delicious pizza. Their pizza crust and garlic sauce is the best! The warm chocolate chip cookie was amazing too! Will definitely try this place again!

Pizza was great, but there needs to be a Papa Johns to be located in New Oxford PA. There isn't many food places in this area!

Papa John's has always been a favorite since I can ever remembering them opening. Their Garlic Butter Sauce goes with every item on the menu..however let's talk about this Hanover location...THESE GUYS HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! With the rise of the pandemic and online orders...they are at the top of their game and willing to go the extra limit to satisfy their customers! We highly recommend this location for amazing food and outstanding service!

Never was a huge fan of chain pizzas but this store is different. Always fast delivery. Food is always hot. Drivers are friendly. We order from the specials because they have really good deals.

I used to not like this place. I'm really glad the management changed. They're doing a lot of things rights. I had a great pizza the other night. The crust, the sauce, and the toppings were perfect! Maggie prepped my meal. It was the best. Thanks Maggie for an awesome dinner!!

From the ordering of the pizza to the delivery by the driver, everything went really smooth.

Their Pizza is pretty good compared to Domino's, Pizza Hut, and other major places. Even better than some of the mom-n-pop pizza shops around the area.

The staff at this store are amazing! The food is always on point, always fresh, and ready in a timely manner. The food is always hot and the staff is extremely attentive! Best staff in Hanover!
