Jordan was awesome. Super friendly and immediately helped me find what I was looking for. Had good info and seemed excited to do his job. On a day where I did not want to run errands, he made the experience great.

The Puyallup has a smart IT guru when it comes to printers. Which is all we were shopping for at the time. He knew all the ins and outs of every single printer on the shelf as well as others that weren't in the inventory. Truly impressed. So many other stores hire people who really aren't very educated to give proper information on the stores products. Really dislike working with that type of employee.

Staff at the Puyallup Office Depot are always so pleasant and helpful. All of them. I really enjoy shopping there and have had several print jobs completed - always done well and efficiently. This will always be my ‘go to’ office store.

We were given the undivided attention we needed for our purchase and were totally satisfied with his knowledge and understanding of what our needs were as we expressed them. We have shopped at Office Depot over 20 years and are always appreciative of the service and product they provide

Cynthia was an amazing help and such a delight to work with! I came in looking to buy a desk and office chair for my new hybrid role at my job. She was right there to assist me and made sure to answer any questions I might have along the way. After her friendly associates assisted in loading my car, she came outside to make sure everything was good and that I was happy. I have been in customer service for over 15 years myself and can’t say I have received any better service from Cynthia and her team. Thank you all so much!

Great experience with buying a new office chair. We also got info on replacing the broken one still under warranty. Got a great deal too in the color, features, and comfort we wanted.

The team here was very friendly and patient, it couldn't be anymore appreciated when going over prints and quality of work. I was being serviced in the print center and front cashier, both were great.This store has a great selection and not too big, either. Products were stocked, store was clean. I enjoyed my visit, I was there for a while, too. To say that I enjoyed it during a long visit, is a big deal. =) Keep up the great friendly, genuine service.

Eric was amazing! I went to print resumes for an interview I had the next day and the team helped me finish them quickly and perfectly. They explained all the options and trouble shot the file issues amazingly.

I ordered online for store pickup and my item was ready in 9 minutes! They really stand by their mission to have orders ready within 20 minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful. They were able to load up my chair into my car for me. I’ll definitely shop at this location whenever I need office furniture or supplies.

I was trying to complete printing of important paperwork due the next morning when my ink ran out (10 pages short). I rushed to the store with mere minutes remaining. The associate pointed me in the right direction, rang me out, and even attempted to get me a military discount (was wearing Vietnam combat veteran hat) however she couldn’t because it was an ink purchase. She was very friendly and helpful and I totally appreciated her

I needed to replace my broken printer as soon as possible and Office Depot was the only store in my area that had the Epson printer I wanted in stock. Otherwise I would have had to wait 4-5 weeks. And the customer service was great and so was the price !!

Ivy and Selena were so amazing in helping me create a beautiful poster. Their professional input made the experience stress free, exciting, and steered me towards exactly what I wanted. Ivy went out of her way to take the time and print out several sample pages until it was just right. Really enjoyed my interactions with both of them and look forward to continuing any future projects with this store!
