Gloria Jean's Coffees

Love this little shop! They have fun non-coffee drinks for kids too and a chilled snack bar with cakes/drinks.

I've been going here since I was little. It breaks my heart to see it go but I wanted to come and say that it was the best place to get coffee! I remember when they would give out samples of the white chocolate cookie chiller when the mall was more active. That has been my go to drink ever since. I also came with my boyfriend because I wanted him to experience it and he loves it as well. I hope the best for the employees and wish them well 💕

I reviewed the Hawthorn Mall location and I enjoyed it so much I drove to the Niles location since it was the closer of the two locations. I did get the same thing, but if it is that good consistently then I don't have much of a reason to change. I only wish that there was a location closer to my house because we're basically in the middle of Hawthorn and Golf mill which makes it more of a hike to get a smoothie/chiller.

My mom and I decided to drive out to this location to see if they still had the original Chiller base for the iced cappuccino, and they did not disappoint! The gentlemen who was working was super friendly and personable. He made my birthday and the trip out so worth it. Most Gloria Jeans locations have either closed or stopped using the original chiller base. I’ve been a fan of Gloria Jeans since the 90’s. I really hope this location stays open and I hope they are able to keep the original chiller base :)

Nice chill coffee shop on the North end of Golf Mill Mall. Unfortunately, the mall has so many vacant rental spaces, but this gem is still around! Its your typical Gloria Jeans with the same typical drinks, as well as selling fresh coffee beans. They also have a small coffee special for 99 cents before 11am.

There drink sizes are huge, so I'm content with getting a regular. Can barely finish it. Got their mocha voltage with the grounded coffee beans and whip cream. Soo soo good! Friendly service and prompt behind the counter. 5 stars all around. Support small businesses!

No store seating inside, but plenty of space and tables right outside the store. Don't worry about finding parking at Golf Mill. Pick your spot haha.

Nice place, friendly stuff, great varieties of drinks, sweets and much more. I ordered pistachio latte blended and it's awesome. I recommend it if you don't mind sweet caffeinated drinks. 🌹😊💖

The owners and staff are wonderful. I have in the past traveled 70-miles just to go to this location.

I can’t say enough how wonder the staff and coffee is. Please do try the chillers. They have a large variety. They also have snacks. All around way better than Starbucks.

Best coffee shop in all of Illinois hands down. Quick service and really good prices and all of the drinks are absolutely phenomenal.

The store offers many different types of coffee drinks to have at the mall or in bags to take home. I love trying flavored coffee and this location had many to choose from. It a quick and easy walk in and get what you need coffee shop. I will definitely recommend this Gloria Jeans. Also, the male employee was very helpful and greeted us with enthusiasm to help.

Gloria Jean's Coffee is a fantastic place for tea and pastries. And the friendly cashier is a bonus. Its great location adds to its appeal.

My daughter and I love Gloria Jean's and usually go out of our way to come to this location, because we also really like the woman who is usually behind the counter (we live about 15/20 mins away). She's always so friendly and sweet! I have to note that we've never had a bad experience with any other employee either. I always wish they'd open one closer to us, but then we'd probably be there much more often 😂

I haven’t been to Golf Mill in a while and I stopped by on a particularly gloomy day. Walking around inside the mall somehow made the day more somber, but seeing Gloria Jeans still open felt like reaching the light at the end of the tunnel (almost in a literal sense because it was the only shop left open on the wing, haha). I have fond memories over many years with this coffee shop but I don’t think I ever appreciated it as much as I did on this most recent visit. Thanks a bunch for always being so amiable, welcoming, and for creating drinks that never fail to leave me content — much appreciated.

FRIENDLY ASSOCIATES WHO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GIVE YOU QUALITY SERVICE AND QUALITY BEVERAGES. TRY THE WHITE CHOCOLATE CARMEL COOKIE CHILLER. IT IS SOOOOOO GOOD!!! The middle eastern woman with blonde/light brown hair who works here and the older gentleman are amazing people who truly care about their customers. I love this location specifically!!!!

Sadly, Golf Mill is a dying Mall. We were surprised by how kind the lady working was. She even gave me a free sample of a delcious none coffee drink, including whipped cream. Drink was better then a chocolate shake, experience was so much better then the nationally known. COffee chain.
Taste and presentation was excellent.

Their mocha chillers (any flavor that you choose-there are so many choices) are simply the best I have ever tasted. I have been visiting many Gloria Jeans locations for more than 20 years. Unfortunately, a lot of them in many of the suburban malls have closed since then, but I am really thankful that the Golf Mill spot is still open and doing well (hopefully, since I know that Sears just closed). The staff here are the nicest, most generous people: they always provide a free sample of one of their most delicious mocha chillers. They treat you very well! I really have nothing but the best to say about this Gloria Jeans in Golf Mill.

This Gloria Jean's have served this community 👌 for years I love the atmosphere I love the owners the staff they are great so nice they appreciate our business and if they make a drink for you they give you sometimes the rest of it 😀 I love that about them and great customer service get you in and on your way 😀 😇🤗

Run by a hard working lady. Service with smile. Good selection of hot and cold beverages. They also sell coffee beans , pre packaged snacks and baked goods. Unfortunately the mail in which the coffee shop is located is half dead. Very few shops are functional.
