This is the best T-Mobile in the area, Louis is amazing! I lost my old phone and needed help transferring my data, he made it so easy for me. Highly recommended!

Gabi at the T-Mobile in the North East store is the best. She is so sweet and pleasant to work with she helped me with all my problems. I will only go to T-Mobile in North East. Jose the manager has a great employee with Gabi never lose her.

I must give them 3 stars , for this simple fact . I personally love them at my home in zip code 21001… but I recently was getting my mom to switch in zip code 21901 .. we picked the box up and no problem they never mentioned that zip code 21901 does not have 5g service .. so now my mother is chilling at the house trying to watch a movie and it don’t work … we called customer service together and the best they could do
Is take our number and put her on a wait list … I’m really disappointed when the supposed, nations leader in 5g connection doesn’t have signal less than 30 minutes from my house … so now I have to go and take the box back … with no timeline of when they can get service … why didn’t the store stop me? Or tell me it’s not gonna work?
