This was by far the best service I have experienced even when he was short staffed he managed to treaf everyone the same and helped all and notified you when he will get back to you all while you waited less than a restaurant reservation or drive-thru somewhere. This place does everything from unlocking your phone to fixing it and also different month to month carriers, and phone accessories and I think if am not wrong sold phones too. My wait wasn't that long at all. I went there with my wife and we were both getting our phones unlocked and the whole process was 30 minutes or less. The store was very family friendly and even had seats for you while you waited. That's better than a lot of places that nowadays don't have no seats while you wait to get serviced about your phone, carrier, or accessories. He was so understaffed but he managed to do the work of all those employees and multitasked so smoothly. By far the best experience I have had with a business like his helping people out with their phones and servicing them and even giving them advice if they had questions about something. I just want to say to him and his family supporting him Thank you so much for finally unlocking our phones for us. We tried so many online services and a lot of them happened to be scams and fraudsters. Best to you guys and I will be back in the future for anymore phone related services.

We were looking for a selection of Samsung phones to add to our team. was able to get a couple unlocked ones for very good prices and added a couple lines. Process was super easy. Also got my iPhone screen replaced there same day. Would highly recommend.

After finally getting fed up with the cracked screen on my HTC Droid, I searched for some place near home where I could get it fixed. A Google search turned up Blue Cable Wireless. I took the phone to them this morning. The proprietor said that they could fix it, but that the repair would take 2 to 3 days. Since I rely pretty heavily on the phone, I asked if there was anything he could do to ensure a faster turn-around. He made a call and was able to find a repair person who would come in and fix it today! I left it with them and returned in about 4 hours to pick it up. It looks and works beautifully. I was so pleased that he made some extra effort to accommodate me. I would take my phone back to these people for a repair in a heartbeat.

On May 14, 2014, Blue Cable Wireless came through for me AGAIN! They replaced the blown speaker on my phone in about an hour at a trivial cost. These people are great.

Went in to have them fix my iPhone 4s. Their service was fast, affordable and the phone is now in great working condition. The staff was very friendly and took the time to explain what they did and how to maintain my service in the future. It's worth the trip to South Seattle even if you don't live nearby. Cheers!

I have been here twice to have my I Phone screen replaced. The owner is friendly and does a great job!! Very reasonably priced and has always done the work quickly and with the quality you would expect of the Apple Store itself. I would recommend to anyone for their cell phone needs! A hidden gem!!

They were able to help me get in and out super fast and find a pion that was affordable with a lot of data. I have been here three times, they impressed me again ! blue cable wireless(simply prepaid T-mobile) fixed my Samsung Galaxy phone charging port, screen and my Tablets screen, they did excellent job. excellent customer service, they also have a variety of used and new phones, I bought Galaxy S4, really good condition with a reasonable price! I am really satisfied and I recommend them to any one who is looking for any kind of phone and Tablet repair services.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! My Iphone broke down on the road and the screen got shattered, and the Apple store wanted to charge me $200+ bucks to fix it (after waiting for days to even get an appointment with someone). A friend of mine had recommended this place so I took a chance and I'm so glad that I did. I took it to them and told them that I needed the phone so bad for a job purpose. Amazingly, they were able to completely replace my screen within less than 2 hour for under $100 with a lifetime warranty. I`m so glad to know this place. From now on, if I got any problem with my phone, I won`t wait days or go to anyone but them.

I had my Iphone screen repaired a week ago at Blue Cable. It was returned to me perfectly fixed, cleaner than I had left it, and very promptly. Having this fixed was much easier than I expected! The man who helped me was also extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The technician is very professional and his prices are very descent compared to several businesses .I had my note 2 screen shutter a few weeks ago and he fixed it very professionally for under 100 dollars. I in the past I went there for water damage treatment on the same phone and he fixed it and the phone work pretty well.I would recommend someone to try their services .

I broke my Samsung S4 and took it here to have the LCD replaced. The owner did the repair in less than four hours. I picked it up and was happy with the work and then another glitch cropped up where the phone would not make or receive calls. I searched all the forums, did all the recommended fixes. no good. I took it back the next day and the owner, Fita, took it apart right there on the counter and replaced the antenna.
Amazing. It works great and he didn't charge me anything though I tried to pay him.

I just got a Nexus 5 phone from amazon and it's having issues. Called Blue Cable Wireless and the service support spent 15 minutes walking me through some possible solutions. None worked, but that is due to the phone not the service tech. Great service and I'm going to visit their store to look at replacement phones.

Best customer service! The guy fixed my badly damaged iPhone4 within a couple of hours. I couldn't believe that he was able to make it work. Definitely recommend this shop.

I had a problem with my mobile phone. The plug where my charger plugs in was damaged. Bluecablewirless fixed it faster and it cost less than anywhere else. I didn't get the persons name behind the counter but he was super cool. I told all my friends on facebook to go visit Bluecablewireless to get their phones fixed.

Always willing to help and the best thing about it , is that they are straight forward....no sugar coating or beating around the bush..its either yes or no....honest people and will always follow up with you specially if they say they will. Very fast service and will guarentee it...
