There was a technology issue with my appointment booking and the lovely worker helped me and got it all figured out!:) Jessica at the salon was so nice and cut my hair perfectly and it’s the best it’s ever looked! I don’t know the name of the woman who helped with the appointment but she was so kind! I recommend for any salon appointments, Jessica is very talented!:) Thank you!!

I would most definitely recommend Mackenzie K! She is phenomenal at doing color on hair. I went from half of my hair being my roots and a dry hay looking blonde at the bottom, to a luscious chocolate natural looking brown. Mackenzie made me feel welcomed, very attentive to my needs and making sure that I didn’t leave with hair I liked but left with hair I LOVED. She asked if I had any inspiration pictures and she nailed them to the T!!!! She offered me water. I was there for almost 3 and a half hours and it felt like 30 a hour. She was able to carry a conversation and the chairs are so comfy. I would highly recommend going to Mackenzie for your hair goals needs.

I had a makeup appointment with Mackenzie K and she was delightful and very helpful. Great experience, helped me with matching my color (I’m totally colorblind & just went from blonde to brunette) and choosing products and even gave me some tips for styling my new haircut. Great time- highly recommend her! Before, after & hours later after my dinner out on the town still feel and look good - Thanks Mackenzie!

My experience at the Salon at Ulta Beauty in Newington was amazing! I was fortunate enough to have Jess as my stylist. Jess gave me a full foil of blonde highlights and a deep conditioning treatment. I received so many compliments of my hair and recommend everyone to Jess. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointment in two weeks!

Lots of friendly staff that great you as soon as you enter. Easy one stop shop so I could avoid the mall. Tons of name brand cosmetics and hair products. Free samples are advailable if you as for them including foundation match. Large parking lot , clean bathrooms and handicapped access.

I had an amazing experience with Erika at the salon! They are very detail-oriented and gave me exactly what I was looking for, if you’re into fun/funky/vivid hair color definitely book with Erika 💗

MacKenzie cut my hair today as a last minute appointment on my end. She did a fantastic job! Very personable and knowledgeable. She made sure to listen to what I wanted, and made me a very happy customer. I’ll definitely be back to see her!

This is my go to ulta. Anytime I need help, there’s someone to answer my question. I had an issue at checkout with a coupon after applying for their credit card and the cashier Anella (or anne ella, i heard the manager say “no problem Anne ella” when the cashier thanked her for helping) called up a manager, named Nancy. The manager was extremely apologetic for the tech issues they were experiencing, was able to use my gift cards, give me the credit card coupon and put the reminder on my card. Both her and the cashier were super friendly and helpful that I will come back just to interact them both again, that’s how lovely they were! Please send kudos to their store for both of them. They are star employees who should be recognized

Had my hair done by Jess and she was great! Afterwards I shopped around a little bit and Kaylin was super helpful and sweet helping me pick out a couple things. Last week when I was in there a girl named Libby helped me find a couple items and was so nice! Such a super nice and helpful staff that works there!

super convenient to be able to get your hair and brows done and shop for all your makeup & skincare in one place. I’ve been going to Ross at the Brow bar for over a year now and every time I’m amazed at the work she does, love that they now offer brow lamination, it helps my sparse brows look fuller even without makeup. Ross has a gentle touch so it never hurts and redness is minimum, she also makes sure to pulse check prior to waxing and through the lamination service and of course after. I started seeing Jessica in the salon in April and every time I leave happy & get a ton of compliments on my hair. she recently started adding blonde to my hair with a fun pink color and it accents my natural color so nicely. She has an eye for blonding and how to place foils to work for your hair cut style and current color but also achieve the look you’re going for. can’t recommend Ross and Jess enough!

Amazing customer service. Girl that helped me on the floor was greet, knew a lot about the products and was friendly. They were very busy and clearly under staffed like most places the girl that cashed me out was a manager of some sort as she kept getting called to help the other cashiers with their customers but both her and the cashiers balanced it all well and all 3 were very friendly. The manager that cashed me out talked to me and my daughter about our purchases, the new olaplex line and she knew a lot about the line and products. Overall a great time at the store today but honestly every time I come in everyone is so friendly and helpful the interactions today were not out of the ordinary for this location. Please see to it that someone sends word along to this store that even during these “different” and probably difficult times they have continued to have great friendly helpful customer service.

Had a great color & cut at salon at Ulta in Newington, NH. Stylist was great to work with & did an awesome job!! Evening appointments are very convenient too! Highly recommend!!

I was helped by a delightful young woman who really went out of her way to find the larger-size Chanel No. 5 I wanted. When she returned from her search, we briefly traded some historical notes on Ms. Chanel, and I learned something I didn't know. I enjoy spending on beauty products for my wife and daughter, and I'll be a return customer.

Amazing salon. My hair was perfect I will definitely be back for more services. Customer service was amazing. Got helped with my makeup at the clinique counter amazing I am now in love with even more products.

I know nothing about make up and I was in today and was helped by Natalie who helped me pick out some primer, highlighter, bronzer and blush to try out and I LOVE how it looks!
She was super nice, and helpful since make up is a foreign language to me!

Customer service is absolutely fantastic. I’m always greeted by a smiling consultant and a polite questioning if I need help finding anything in the store. I came in once looking for a primer well suited for acne-prone skin, and the consultants teamed up together to help me find a product. Great collection of drugstore beauty products and high end items as well, plus supplies for hair care and bathing (sugar scrubs, body washes, etc).

I had outstanding customer service from Emma today. She noticed that the foundation I chose was not the same formulation that I am accustomed to using. She also noticed that my eyebrow product was too dark and would not produce the desired result. I was WOWED to receive such personal care in an era of 'self checkout'.
