I’ve been here a few times and the secret to the best experience is actually the toast! I’ve never had better avocado toast than I have here. Get the Millennial with the bacon jam and jammy egg it’s immaculate. It’s always wonderfully seasoned too!

Visited for the first time in February and have been going in frequently after my first visit. The shop is so cute and cozy on the inside, decorated so well for an overall aesthetic environment. Staff is really polite and friendly; the service is quick and they treat every customer with a lot of attention and get their orders ready fast. I have tried many donut flavors, but the burnt and salty and gluten free breakfast bowl donut have been my absolute favorites. The donuts are so soft and have a smooth crunch to them too which makes them so perfect. Greatly recommend!!

The food and the people here are amazing! Everything on the menu is unique and delicious. The flavor/ingredient combinations make this place so special. The staff is welcoming and friendly and really seem happy to be doing what they do. The sourdough toasts are excellent and every donut we've tried is delightful. I can't even pick a favorite! There is something here for everyone's taste and you won't be disappointed.

Petit Three is absolutely one of the hidden gems of the suburbs! The owners are the kindest, warmest, most talented couple you could ever meet! The donut flavor combinations are unlike any “standard” donut shop creations; they are works of art! They create new, inspired flavors very often sourcing the best, cleanest, and freshest ingredients possible. Their lattes and hot chocolates are MILES beyond what you’ll even find at Starbucks. They are also a great go-to for a brunch spot; their Millennial Avocado Toast on their house-made sourdough is my favorite through and through! And I can’t forget to mention that it is absolutely gorgeous inside! They have an incredible, unbeatable eye for detail in every facet of their business. Do yourself a favor, and stop in today!

This is a must try place. These donuts are now the standard bearer of quality and flavor that I will give all other donuts. The flavors are deep and have a pleasant lasting lingering flavor. They have flavors I have never thought of combining for a donut. Their pastry chef knows what flavor is. The coffee cake is very popular for a good reason. It is delicious! My favorite is the blueberry basil and the orange burst donut. The strawberry shortbread is strawberry cake with a frosting that is made with real strawberries. I haven't tried all the flavors yet, but I have yet to be disappointed. I don't think I can only eat one, unless it is the last in the box.

Everything I’ve tried from here so far has been so good! I love that the donuts aren’t too sugary sweet and they offer some unique flavors! And everything is made from scratch! The caramel latte is perfection probably the best caramel latte I’ve had in awhile. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again to try everything else! Also super friendly staff and love how bright and inviting it is inside!

These doughnuts are fantastic, flavorful, and you can taste the love that they were made with. The caramel latte is the best I’ve had! Also, the sourdough avocado toasts are unbelievable! Generous size, great flavor, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Wet parked in here after seeing a tiktok video about it and decided to make the 30 minute drive over. We were mostly not disappointed! I will say right off the bat that this place is pricey- for the donuts, in my opinion, more than what’s deserved. We ordered a 6 pack to try different flavors. Heres a quick rundown: the strawberry donut tasted nothing like strawberry, the burnt caramel was one of our favorites, all three of us couldn’t swallow the matcha donut, the blueberry basil was good, the olive pistachio was also a favorite and the coffee cake was exactly what you would expect. Were they worth $17+? Probably not. What IS worth it though is the avocado toast. The millennial avocado toast with the jammy egg is something I’ll be thinking about in my dreams. She’s perfect. 10/10. Delicious. Nice to look at even. Highly recommend. We also tried the horchata latte which was delicious but a tad too sweet and an iced caramel latte that was perfect. The space itself was super clean, kid friendly, and comforting

This is my absolute new favorite spot for a treat. The donuts' flavors are all unique and delicious, and you can really tell they use premium ingredients. The black sesame is my favorite flavor. The Millenial toast is one my go-tos as well.

What a cute little donut shop hidden in plain sight! The cake donuts are wonderfully unique with lots of fun flavors to choose from🤩. The donut itself is dense yet tender, with a nice crispy outside! Highly recommend Burnt 'n salty, Maple butter pecan, and Cinnamon coffee cake if you're looking for a nice balance of sweet and salty. I paired my treat with a velvety hot chocolate. The toasted marshmallow, croutons, and sea salt toppings all worked so well it was amazing. Truly do recommend giving their donuts and drinks a try! I believe there's something for everyone🍩☕.

What a cute delicious place! Loved the donuts there! Super unique flavors and everything we tried was delicious! The place has a few tables with chairs inside if you’re staying in! Highly recommend!

My family and I visited this shop, and Billeen and the staff were SO lovely and bright, they showed genuine interest in our lives and cheered us up without trying. Talking to them was a pleasure. We had donuts: Orange burst, Blueberry Basil, and Cinnamon coffee cake, and they were INSANELY outstanding. High quality donuts. The Caramel and Horchata lattes rivaled the fresh coffee that I had out in San Francisco at the best shops. The interior was gorgeous, and the experience overall was wonderful. Will be coming back to this lovely gem.

What an unexpected adorable shop in the middle of a strip mall! Yes there’s fancy donuts for kiddos but also avocado toast and fancy lattes for the mamas! The place is large enough to sit and eat your treats. There’s not 1000 people hogging the space on their laptops either. We also over ordered on the donuts, and their To Go packaging is easy and adorable! What a lovely place to pop into for a tasty treat, meet up with friends and grab treats for an outing! I highly recommend!

I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE. First of all, the people who work there are so unbelievably kind and helpful. The person I was talking with this morning was so sweet, they gave me some good tips (I was bringing in a dozen to work) as well as some lovely back story about the place and the owner. Second of all, the decor is AMAZING. It is so cozy and homey while also being very chic and trendy. Third of all, LAST BUT NOT LEAST, the donuts are INCREDIBLE. I brought some to work a few months back, and they asked me yesterday "when are you bringing the good donuts again?" so I HAD to stop this morning. Truly delicious and a WONDERFUL experience!

I have been going here since I saw them open. These are the best donuts around. And I can't say enough about the service. The people that work here are always so kind and helpful. I brought a variety of donuts to work after a stressful week and my coworkers were thrilled. All of them added Petit Three to there must visit lists!

Absolutely amazing experience. Went there for a coffee break with my niece where all of us had good experience. Ordered celebration donuts, americano and latte. Hot beverages where very good. Donuts was okaish. They have breakfast option, quite good number of donuts options, and common coffee options. Highlight of the cafe is the interior. There are couple of spots for instaworthy pictures. Very much clean. Used the washroom, it was clean too. The lady who served us was very polite and sweet. Not only her, all the owners including a male person was friendly. Price is very much affordable or similar compared to giant coffee companies. Around 20-30 people sitting arrangements. There are lots of parking available. Highly recommended for coffee break with family or friends.

Amazing donuts with unique flavors. The Horchata Latte iced was so yummy. The place was hopping on a Sunday morning. Great food and would highly recommend.

Oh my goodness. The donuts look beautiful, taste even better! And the jalapeno cornbread was the best! They have flavors you wouldn't think would work, but really do. There is usually a bit of line (at least when I've been there), so I hope they are super successful so they can maybe have a few more people working. However, the staff is friendly and nice, and the atmosphere is very pleasing and calm.
