The service team here is so kind, so professional and knowledgeable. Swung in after the check engine light came on during a long road trip - they checked out our car and engine immediately. It was end of day so we couldn’t get the service done here right away, but they assured us we could get to our next stop safely and get it serviced at a Toyota shop first thing the next day. Wish we could’ve stayed here! Great service team

Bought a 2017 Corolla LE from a different independent used dealer, but called around for servicing prices at Toyota dealerships for the 120k service because I didn’t know if it had been done prior to purchasing ( I’m a high mileage driver so it needs it regardless). Let’s just say Cool Springs wanted 589 and Murfreesboro wanted 650.... John Roberts quoted around 260 for parts and labor... yeah I’ll be doing business here from now on. Thank you Mike in Service for being honest and professional.

Had a noise start in the engine area while in the Smoky's. Took it to the service department. They immediately knew what it was. Had to order the part. Still had it done the next day. Great service and people.

Wife took our 2016 Camry in for 200000 mile service. This should have only been a $300-400 job. If they charge my wife $700.

After showing proof I had spoken to someone this week they would not see me for my 9 am scheduled oil change because they claimed I was not on the schedule. An accommodation would have been nice considering they messed up.
