I had an incredible experience at the Athens McDonald's, all thanks to Richard! His outstanding customer service truly made our night. Richard went above and beyond with his kindness and generosity, ensuring that we had everything we needed and more. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Richard exemplifies what great service should be. He made us feel welcomed and valued, and his positive attitude was contagious. McDonald's is lucky to have someone like Richard on their team. We'll definitely be back, and we hope to see Richard again. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Yo i just got probably the best McDonald's food ive ever had in my life. I'm busy moving and needed a fast bite and ordered from here and let me say....it was picture perfect McDonald's. Ive never seen McDonald's actually put this care into food before and maybe its just one employee or something but praise is deserved. 5/5

I stopped in to get us something to eat. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. Amazing experience!!

The Richland Ave McDonald's in Athens is well run. They are quick and the staff is friendly. I'm not a fan of McDonald's food, but it is convenient when trying to grab a breakfast sandwich while heading to a game.

Also the store got new self serving machine which gonna save a lot of time since you can customize your order especially if you got kidz and you wanna to have no salt or tartar sauce in the best fillet o fish.

Now we got Halloween win tricks which you can collect bounce points or instant fries.

It's McDonald's, what more do you need to know? I feel like I've reviewed the one on Richland Ave. before so not sure why Google is asking again.

Anyway, this place is well staffed and operates pretty efficiently by fast food standards. It is almost always busy. I recommend people just do curbside these days. Another option is to go down the road 200 feet to the Wendy's which almost never has a line, especially for breakfast.

This McDonalds has first class service. The young man that waited on us was disabled and provided the best service we have had in a McDonald's in years. The food was hot and juicy and perfectly made. We had our burgers special made and everything was done right. My only concern is that we were told that they charge extra if we wanted to eat in the store.

Came thru drive thru today. Everyone was so kind, & had everything I needed for my order. Looking in the store was clean , and truly everyone was smiling and working so well together. The food was incredible! Best McDonald’s I have had in a long time. Thank you for such an outstanding job at making my experience the best I truly have had.

The Mcdonalds is located on 922 estate street in Athens ohio it is a great place to grab a quick meal depending on the hours of the day .

I'm from Columbus ohio and you guys are so friendly even a worker outside saw me and said hello and how am I doing you don't get that in Columbus ohio

We had breakfast this morning with our doggie at an outside table. What a great McDonald's! Manager and staff were so friendly! Food was great and the place was spotless! Will have breakfast there again before heading home to Rochester, NY. 🙂👍

Service was exceptional. The unknown employees working the register in the wheelchair was phenomenal

The gentleman in the wheelchair was super polite, and seemed to be the one keeping everything organized and running smoothly.

Clean store, staff knowledgeable about menu.

I placed an app order & it showed as being paid in my app but when I picked up the order, the cashier said the payment didn't take. The app said it was paid so she gave me my order. Thanks for trusting your own app. 🙂

Always enjoy stopping here when in the area. Never had a complaint. The store and the other seem to handle a lot of volume, plus Doordarsh, plus the current pandemic ...thank God for a place that is keeping to with the times!

Yoooooo! Shout out to my man Timmy! You the real MVP! Ordered through door dash and i added extra sauce to my bigmac, to pay for the extra, but i called to see if they would put it on the side in a cup for me... Those guys in the kitchen were so sweet!! Not only did they do what i had asked, they were HAPPY to accommodate me... And admittedly I'm extra. So yeah.... Thanks again timmy and friends!!! Xoxoxo

Whenever I visit Athens I stop at one of the two Mcd's and like everywhere, the Global Pandemic has affected everything, but these people always seem to strive to make the best of what they have. It's impressive.
