Ryan was extremely helpful, polite and professional. We had what felt like a very unique problem with our battery, and thankfully he was able to recover thousands of photos from our cell phone. absolutely amazing! it took about 40 minutes to complete my screen.. I was told a price by another company and he was able to match that price and do it the same day! the quality is amazing, it looks like i got a brand new phone! they also only charge $10 for a screen protector put on perfectly by them with no air bubbles! highly recommended! :)

The helpful representative was able to get our phone fixed when the official manufacturer's channel would not do it. They even salvaged parts from the original screen to retain the fingerprint reading capability. Great service all around!

I went in today because my daughter's iPad was not able to charge. The issue was a piece of a cheap charger stuck inside. I met with Collin, and he diagnosed and fixed it. He also fixed my son's iPhone twice. Great service and I will be returning with my HP laptop soon.

Took my niece’s iPhone to have the cracked screen replaced. Fast, professional service - did a great job. And for a much more reasonable price than Apple! Took my daughter's Iphone XR to see if they could replace the back glass that had cracked. Noah was very helpful and let me know that they could do it, but it was a little time consuming. They have great equipment that has cut the time down, but the back glass still takes some time. He was very honest and said he could try to get to it that day but with all the repairs he already had, he wasn't sure if it would be done the same day. We decided to return the next day. We dropped it off and it was done in very good time. He even replaced her front glass screen protector and gave us a great price. Noah was very knowledgeable and very helpful!

My Pixel 3XL was bulging. I took it to FixUrCrack and they were sure that it was the battery. The battery had to be ordered so I had to wait a few days for my phone to be repaired. Once the battery came in I returned to the store to drop off my phone so the battery can be replaced. I was told that it would take one hour. And so it did. $100 for new battery and labor, which I knew this in advance. I was thrilled! So, this all happened back in March. It's now June and the phone is still working like new! Thanks guys! Called and spoke to a very well spoken young man named Noah. Later dropped off two phones for screen repair. (Know that you pay for repair in advance.) I now have two phones that are just like new. Spent a little and saved a lot by not purchasing a new phone. Excellent service.
