T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I was having some serious issues with my account being billed the wrong amount for several months couldn't get it resolved over the phone or at other locations in the area. I went into this store and spoke with Carmella Armstrong about the issues I was having. She got on the phone and thanks to her she was able to escalate the problem and get the billing fixed and lower my bill. I refer her to anyone who is experiencing issues with T-mobile. Go see Carmella Armstrong she is a mobile expert, knowledgeable, professional and works to satisfy customers. Thanks to Carmella I decided to keep my T-mobile service and go to this store location.

This store is the best in the Area! I drive from MD to this store because we trust their employee Roma! I refer all my friends and family to her.

This store deserves nothing less than a five-star customer service review. Amazing high-quality team of professionals, especially Fatima who took great care of my wife and me. All the employees in this particular store possessed great communication skills and offered my wife and me an inviting warm friendly environment. They care about their clients as much as they care to provide accurate, clear information (No gray areas). What a great service. Great job!

T- mobile customer support at this store is excellent. Roma Carmela is very astute, diligent and very responsive to the issues I had with my devices. Problem was resolved in less than 15 minutes. Talk about efficiency, Roma is the best! I'd recommend T-Mobile to anyone who likes the flexibility and network reliability with knowledgeable customer service.

Great team of professionals! Fatima particularly went above and beyond to help me and my wife. She did an excellent job clarifying all our questions, doubts and concerns regarding switching providers. Her customer service was impeccable and outstanding!

I badly needed an upgrade, so I stopped by while shopping. Store looked empty so I took my chance. The ladies (Esther and Fatima) that where there were very good at their jobs. Definitely great customer service. Thanks ladies.

Excellent customer service here!! No complaints at all, my boyfriend and I were both helped quickly and efficiently with switching over to T-Mobile, this is probably the best customer service we’ve ever experienced!

AJ gave excellent customer service, and was very knowledgeable on how to handle an issue that four other stores couldn’t and was very efficient ! The staff there was very helpful in how they interact with other customers and were very professional. Highly would recommend coming to this location.

I cannot say enough about every single associate in this store. From Gregory (now Greg lol) who, from February 2nd till today, worked HARD to unwind a rookie mistake that was found on my account a YEAR after it was made at another location, to Burley to my new Besties Esther and Fatima (Keep up the great work girls!). Seriously, I went from walking in this store ready to cancel every line on my account to walking out a week later with 4 new family members. Whomever is leaving these horrible reviews, find something else to fill your heart with other that HATE for someone that doesn't look like you because that's truly all it is! Honestly, I've spent HOURS in this store over the past week and not one time have I seen any negative interactions between these 4 and the customers. You guys are AWE-MAZING! T-Mobile GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE! They are 100% deserving!

Man oh man Teairra, Joe, and Kelvin are amazing!!!! What I thought was going to end in a nightmare they changed it all around! I’m so thankful for their patience in dealing with my family and me. They truly are an asset to the company and definitely deserve all praise. When doing their evaluation please keep in mind how valuable they are!! Justin and Joe were amazing!! These employees deal with a lot of different people during the day but still manage to keep a smile on their faces and help out in any way that they can. Definitely recommend and will be back for any services we need in the future.

I am beyond happy with the service Brandon gave me. Between him and his coworker Kelvin my bill was lowered by 100$ and I was able to get a brand new iPhoneX. Two things I did not think were even possible to do. The customer service was extremely professional and they knew so many options to what I could do. I would give more than 5 stars for Brandon’s commitment to help me as much as he was able to. I truly would recommend his service to anyone at anytime!

I had to go into the Dover store after not receiving much help through phone customer service. Joe assisted me with my lease plan and new SIM card. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I'm very pleased to say that all of my concerns were resolved! Thanks again Joe! 🙂

I was having quite a few issues with my account and Jordan was so helpful and made my experience so awesome ! I highly recommend if you go, You wait for her to help you as well ! Going into any store with two young kids is very hard but Jordans patience and kindness was great ! It's amazing to see that Sprint still has a great employee !

I went into the store seeking help with upgrading my phone and Justin was hands down the best. Not only did he assist with getting my new phone setup he was went out of his way to help select and upgrade another device associated with my account.

Numerous times I wanted to give up on sprint and switch to a different service, but every time I walk into the Dover mall sprint store I get the best customer service ever! Dj is always my helper and is so great and knowledgeable! he always makes me feel welcomed and even helped me find ways to save on my bill, I truly appreciate him and thanks to him I Love my new IPhone 8Plus :) Thank you Sprint but most of all thank you DJ!!!!!

I have been receiving bills from Sprint that were in excess of $900. I came into the sprint location on several occasions looking for answers , but everytime I would get an answer , follow the instruction that was given I would STILL have the issue. I was extremely frustrated and about to loose my cool and go to another carrier. I came into the store on 3/4 and spoke with Jordan K. She was amazing!!!! She was the 1st employee that really cared and tried to figure out what the problem is. She saw that it really was an error created by Sprint and made every attempt to fix it.

Because of Jordan K. I will continue my service with Sprint. She is professional, helpful , articulate, smart and truly has the customer service mentality that shows she cares. Thank you Jordan K. I wish That the corporate Sprint office in Delaware could have Jordan train the employees on customer service . I know if more people encountered someone like Jordan Sprint would never loose any customers.
