ATI Physical Therapy

Started therapy for my hip replacement a couple weeks ago. I had been to this ATI location twice previously for two different injuries. I came back for a third round because my previous experiences were very positive. Aaron is exceptional, and is the key reason this location is so great. He is so full of knowledge and experience, and he sets a great example for his staff...Josh & Joann. Aaron coaches his staff up and pretty much uses the same tactic for his patients, yielding identical positive results for both. He is like a walking encyclopedia for joints, muscles, and nerves and their relativity to specific injuries; he readily shares that information in layman terms. If the patient-to-therapist ratio peeks disproportionately, it is actually interesting to watch Aaron as he floats from one patient to another, flawlessly giving instruction and support, and simultaneously ensuring questions from staff and other patients are addressed in a calm and timely manner. He never shows anxiety or appears overwhelmed; his tone never changes and he never rushes anyone. Aaron is also very personable; he makes you feel like you have known him forever so you feel comfortable in discussing your issues with him. Everyone at ATI makes you feel special; they greet you by name as you walk through the door and genuinely take an interest in your progression in healing. The atmosphere there is very positive and upbeat; everyone joins in conversation with complete strangers. I actually look forward to my visits. Hopefully I won't have a need for physical therapy in the future; but, if I do....I know where I will go.

Great staff! Very encouraging! Laughter is important for good health; Aaron, Josh, and Joann encourage laughter and good conversation as they move you through the hour of therapy!

After 13 years and several shoulder surgeries and manipulations along with chronic pain and PT, I had a reverse shoulder replacement and a dislocation of it in March. Finally, I arrived at ATI in August. My therapist, Josh, explained all of the exercises and reasoning for them very well. Most importantly, I get results!

I moved here 2 weeks ago after having a knee replacement and I followed the 8 week therapy sheet but I know I needed hands on and I called ATI g I t an appointment that evening the staff immediately listened and explained to me everything I was experiencing and told me they will assist me in my recovery. I am so very thankful 3 days a week just the beginning of 2nd week and I felt very energetic and still feel extremely better and hopeful.

Everyone is courteous and friendly. The physical therapy activities have been very effective. The staff is outstanding and are very professional. Yes I would recommend ATI.

Aaron, Allison & Makenzie are good folks and great at what they do. I have no complaints with ATI at the Dover location.
Allison may have been a drill Sargent in another life. I left my sessions well stretched out and felt better each time.

Everyone is so nice. I love the atmosphere and the one-on-one attention. I’ve had PT before and I feel like this is the best experience I’ve had. I highly recommend this facility!

I am impressed with the therapists, Aaron and Steve, who work you, but are conscientious as to how hard you're working to improve yourself. They make it a point to understand what issues you're having so they can help. My ROM has increased since I've gone to ATI. Not only is it work, but they make it fun as well. They are always complimentary and make your visits personal also. It is a place I'd recommend highly!

Aaron and Steve are wonderful therapists. They take their time assessing your needs. Don’t try and push you hard. Fully explain what technique they are about to introduce to you that best fits your problem. And other staff members are very helpful.

I took my 88 y.o. Mother to ATI on Beiser Blvd. We found the atmosphere there warm and welcoming. Her physical therapist, Aaron Cooke, was very thorough in completing her evaluation. He is very kind and always considerate of her ability to perform the recommended exercises. We have used another local physical therapy group in the past, but will be using this ATI facility whenever needed going forward. I highly recommend them.

I was referred here for my leg. I had no idea where to even start or where the pain was even coming from. Aaron had definitely helped cover all the points as well as work on some other things it might be! Everyone is so friendly and will laugh and cut up, and they thoroughly enjoy what they do! Highly recommend!

Excellent staff!!! Aaron, Chris & Steve go above and beyond to ensure there clients are on the right track and they make sure that we can go back to their regular lives after physical therapy.

ATI East Dover is amazing! They accommodate me no matter what my schedule and help me out at all times. I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else for my PT. Loved Aaron and Steve!! They are the best !

I’ve had 3 appointments for my lower back and the exercises that they given me has helped me tremendously. Aaron has been excellent and I couldn’t ask for a better physical therapist. Between exercises, bands, weights, and machines, and most importantly the knowledge/experience from the PTs themselves, they have it all.

East Dover location is very clean. The physical therapist listen to your needs, and communicates well to give the treatment that fits you. Highly recommended.
