I frequent this post office for my business. Every single time they are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. James, the clerk there, always gives me the best advice on how to ship my items. He always greets me and has a very positive attitude. It makes me so upset that every time without fail I hear at least 2 or 3 people getting bilegerant and angry at the workers for issues that they have no control over, the prices , their mail being lost, something about their postal delivery person. They do alot all day including passports and it isn't right that they get people getting mad at them. their job is to take the mail and packages, weigh it and put the postage on according to the computer. I have never had a bad experience here.

One shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but rather the merit of it's content. This post office branch is very much alive and proudly serves the Boyertown citizens & visitors alike with distinction & pride!

Very nice little Post Office. Ppl are always cheerful n help how ever they can. On the phone or in person.

My friend and I had incredibly late Christmas cards to send and went to multiple postal offices but they were all closed or out of stamps. This one was perfect…plenty of room to stretch, the guy had the best stamps and wasn’t annoyed with our intense personalities. Honesty, we went because it was rated so poorly but we had a great time. Would def drive the 45 minutes again!

Professional 100% i just submitted my passport application and the guy(big guy) was really professional he checked the form any errors he took my photo in a professional way , he was so polite and pro, that’s the first time i review a USPS .
My appointment was at 12:00-12:15 i went inside at 11:50am i got out at 12:02

Always courteous and direct with their operation. All of the negative reviews on here clearly dont realize that USPS is a national effort and delayed shipping is not necessarily the fault of an individual post office. I do not work for USPS, although my defense makes it seem so, but I have worked for logistical departments and realize that one hiccup in a system of several moving parts will cause a chain of delays.

All these negative reviews but idk, they seem pretty decent to me. Never had any issues with deliveries. 5/5 would recommend to a friend!

The mail person keeps giving us other people’s mail. One day, they even set our mail on our doorstep instead of in our mail slot.

Heads up. The Boyertown Post Office closes at 4:15….the website incorrectly shows that they close at 4:30.
