I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience here today. Michallr was extremely helpful in answering our questions. The prices of the furniture are extremely reasonable in a day and age when it’s hard to find anything that is super reasonable anywhere. We had a quick delivery experience. I cannot recommend enough!

We absolutely love our new mattress we just got! It was the easiest process and having an appointment was great because it was a one on one meeting so we could focus on picking out the right mattress set for us. I would recommend Michelle and Mattress by Appointment to anyone and everyone who is looking for a new bed. The process was super simple and we were able to get the bed the next day and with most places you would have to wait over a week. My son was in need of a mattress. I went on offer up & found this place. Mrs. Michelle was very nice via our communications through text. And when we met in person, she was very nice, knowledgeable on her products & very pleasant to talk to! My son tried out the mattress he wanted & i must say, Mrs. Michelle has GREAT quality mattresses! My son LOVES IT!!! Her daughter was there in the store in Salisbury Maryland as well. This process was extremely easy. I was looking for the ultimate king size mattress at an affordable rate and mattress by appointment was able to provide. Not only did I get a great payment plan I was also provided with help stuffing my mattress and box springs into the back of my uhaul. Michelle is amazing!
The beds she has to offer are great! She had a wide variety. She really know what she is talking about when it comes to beds of course but when is comes to the person and what kind of bed they need she is very knowledgeable as well. She also has amazing pillows and sheets!
It was really great that she had the beds in the store. They deliver the bed right to the door. The delivery man was very kind and we barely had to lift a finger!
She will forever be where we go to shop. And where we send our friends and family to shop.

Bought 2 beds this morning. Michelle is great! She provides a great experience and is not a crazy psycho salesperson that usually can be found in the mattress stores. Her prices are great! My appointment was at 11am and I already have my beds set up.

I have bought from a twin mattress to a king mattress and she has been very reasonable with prices and very professional in attitude. I even purchased some copper pillows too that she has deals on also. I will keep coming back !

Overall great experience. Wasn't too sure on what I was exactly looking for, she directed me with info and was very helpful. Such a quick and easy process loaded and brought home same day, but they also offer delivery. Very happy with purchase and definitely recommend.
