Mobile in-store order was made on the app and the lady still brought the food out to us..a bigger less than simple order and it was fast service too! Sour cream could be spread better..some of the food is a little over cooked but great and they actually do give you all the sauce you order. Got 50 packets.

This was my first visit to the new store. Very clean, friendly and fast. I Was impressed!!! had quit eating taco bell because the places were dirty, service was bad. It's taco bell but fast food has gotten expensive so I really pay attention where I spendy $.

I am updating my review because the manager of this Taco Bell made my order right. She wasn't rude or defensive. Just listened and gave me the food that was originally left off my order. The service the team members provided was good, very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious. An unhappy mistake was corrected and that's a sign of a good manager and team. I will recommend and return to support them!

Just got my order, and started eating right away. The food was EXACTLY how I ordered it. So maybe it’s hit or miss with some people? Cashiers were super friendly too! However, if you’re paying cash; use exact change; and their lobby is closed.

I have been eating at Taco Bell since a small kid in the 80's all over the DFW metroplex and locations differ in the quality of food and in customer service. This Emory location is a step above the rest. The staff is excellent and the food is by the book. It is made exactly to specs and not just thrown together or shorted on ingredients like a lot of other locations always seem to do. I was sure to visit this location many times and order a variety of foods and also repeated items to check for consistency. Keep up the good work Taco Bell!!!

Melanie, the manager was very pleasant when I had an issue! I don't eat here often but havnt had many issues. Will be back.

We have had nothing but the BEST experience here. The one time our order didn’t have everything in it, my fiancé went inside and they apologized then gave us a coupon for a free item. You can’t expect humans to be perfect. You also can’t expect a BRAND NEW place to be 100%. So glad they came to Emory!
