The Restaurant at Fall Creek Falls

Love the new restaurant at the lodge. We had excellent service every time we ate here over the weekend. Fried cod sandwich, coleslaw, chili, surf and turf, rack of ribs, cheeseburger... We had it all. Very delicious. A little pricey, but worth it.

You also have a fantastic view of the lake with plenty of outdoor seating.

We hadn't been to Fall Creek Falls restaurant since the remodel. Completely different atmosphere and menu. Our experience was excellent. The food was very good, fast, fresh, homemade and large portions. I would highly recommend the Fritos Pie and Chicken Tenders. We won't be waiting another 10yrs before our next visit

Delicious!! We were hesitant with all the mixed reviews to eat here, but finally took the plunge and had lunch today. So happy we did come in. We had Kelly as our server and she was so gracious and friendly. As you can tell by my pictures, the food is great! Hubby had the burger and I had a bowl of the chili. It was hot and fresh. Also, the lodge is beautiful and the view of the lake while you eat won’t disappoint. I definitely recommend it and we’ll be back!!!

We stopped here during a girls trip. The food, cleanliness, and service were impeccable. Shout out to Ms. Dodson our server (first name sounds like “Angel”?). She was such an amazing advocate for my food allergy in the kitchen. I think she truly saved me from a bad medical situation

The first thing I noticed when I stepped foot in the door was the tasteful decor and general ambiance that fit well with the atmosphere of the lodge. The waitress was friendly and didn't check in with us too often(which I preferred to have a quiet meal). I ordered the fish and chips. Fish was perfectly cooked and crispy yet juicy and tender on the inside. Next time I'm in the area, I will make another visit. Maybe for the pulled pork sandwich I had my eyes on!

Highly recommend!! We had Kelly as our server, she was super sweet and gave great recommendations. Food was amazing, very filling and surprisingly very affordable. The food was great, views were stunning and the vibe was cozy. Great portions and located in such a stunning building. Will definitely be back!

At first I was worried by all the mixed reviews that we wouldn’t enjoy the restaurant. Bunch of Karens don’t understand that we are living in post covid times and finding workers is a struggle. Those reviews couldn’t be more wrong. Wow, what a beautiful transformation of the lodge! We came on a very busy Sunday and were seated quickly. The food and service was amazing! The prices are surprisingly reasonable. I loved my fish tacos. My husband had some of the best chicken tenders. The chili was perfect. The fish and chips were awesome too! We will be back.

The restaurant and entire lodge is gorgeous. The younger gentleman who helped our family was named Gage. I think that may have been his last name though, as I thought I overheard another staff member call him Nicholas. Either way, he brought us the best bread rolls while we waited for our food to arrive. Do yourself a favor and try this restaurant. And be sure to ask for Nicholas Gage and the delicious bread rolls. That man deserves a raise!

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and great food for an affordable price! We enjoyed the hamburgers with hand cut fries and lava cake for dessert.

We really enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. The reviews are definitely mixed and I feel like the wait may be an issue during peak times, but we didn't have any problem at all. Our food came fast, the waitress was great and the food was great! If there may be a wait, you have to realize there are really no restaurants nearby, so everyone comes here to get a decent meal.

My wife and I ate out first meal at the newly re-opened restaurant at Fall Creek Falls on June 26, 2022. I decided to write this review after seeing several low rated reviews posted online indicating long wait times, cold and bland food, high prices and lousy service. Our experience was just the opposite. The restaurant opened at 11am, we arrived about 11:15. There was no wait at all, we were promptly seated. Very quickly our waitress, Anna, arrived to take our drink orders. I ordered the Low Country Alfredo Pasta with shrimp and chicken while my wife ordered the Hamburger Steak with mashed potatoes with side salads. We also ordered fried pickles. All dishes were delicious and hot and certainly not bland. Anna made sure the coffee cup and sweet tea glass were never empty. A gentleman seated at an adjoining table indicated the Fish Tacos were also very good. The entire meal, with taxes was $47 and change. I understand the limited items on the menu (about 5 or 6 entrees and about 6 or 7 sandwiches along with 6 or 8 sides) will increase in the future. After seeing the previous reviews, we were not sure what to expect but certainly enjoyed our meal as well as the atmosphere. As we live in the area, we will certainly enjoy future meals there.

Really good. Fast service. Wish they served outside. Hostess told my family that they don’t?
Prices were cheap overall. Two appetizers and 3 entrees only turned out to be $50. The chicken tenders were extremely good, especially for the price. I recommend the pretzel bites as well.
We are definitely coming back again sometime.

Me and my wife stayed at the Lodge for the weekend. I was skeptical to eat at the restaurant, based on the reviews. Boy are these reviews wrong. Food is great, not sure where you are going to find better food in a state park. My wife got the low country pasta with shrimp and I got the battered fish tacos with pimento mac n cheese. Service was quick and incredibly friendly, Andrew was awesome! The food was so good I had to get dessert, and the cheesecake is fantastic.

Not sure what other bad reviews had that was sooo bad. We took our anniversary trip to Fall Creek Falls over Labor Day weekend. The restaurant was excellent! We were there for 4 days and tried most of the limited menu items - burgers, chicken tenders, chili, salads, appetizers... all were delicious! Spoke to the chef and he said they would be revamping the menu. Staff was friendly and polite! Looking forward to going back!

Maybe the reviews on here are from some other time, or opening struggles of the location, but this place was good. Had the ribs and nachos, and neither disappointed, and for the view, the prices weren’t bad. I’d recommend this place and would be back again. Side note, Joel the bartender was very nice and accommodating.

Loved it, busier than I like but didn't wait long. Had an issue with my food but the waitress noticed it before she even handed it to me and had my food remade immediately. Spent more than we wanted but was worth it, the chicken tenders are AMAZING

Service was OUTSTANDING. Our waitress (Madysen) was prompt, professional, and attentive. She was the star of the show.

Restaurant: Modern, clean, well laid out with gorgeous views of the lake

Appetizer: Spinach artichoke dip was delicious but rather thin. Definitely needs more parmesan to add substance.

Soup: Waitress described as "gumbo-ish". Tasted wonderful but rather dull in appearance. Needs some color.

Entrees: Fish and chips was great. HUGE but great. Ham Hiker (sandwich) was amazing.

Dessert: Cheesecake was good. Not the greatest.... But it's a state park, so......
