Amazing food! A large menu with something for everyone! Everything that I have ordered has been great, been back twice! Planning on going again!

I visit here often as I work in this area. The sushi is always spot on, affordable, and delicious. I've tried numerous rolls, and they are all delicious. My favorite roll is the Golden Apple Roll (spicy, crunchy salmon, Fuji apple, mango w/ Mango sauce). I typically visit for lunch and order ahead, but I have been there for dinner, and the experience is the same. I'm also a big fan of the Basil Chicken & Teriyaki Chicken. Cannot brag about them enough!

The food was so nice and fresh. And the service from the waitress was the best. The employees are so nice. The best sushi 🍣 ever. 😊 I highly recommend this place.

I was looking for a place to eat in Gainesville and found this great restaurant! Its setup was really nice, and the food was good and well-priced. My daughter had a sushi roll and loved it! I had a very good-quality pad thai and really enjoyed the vegetable tempura. I will definitely visit again!

My husband and I have been going to Liquid Ginger for almost 10 years, and it’s our restaurant of choice when in Gainesville.
Excellent filet mignon, and crispy lime chicken. Can’t go wrong with spicy chicken appetizer as well as the chicken satay.

Very tasty dishes with a huge selection. Our two favorites are two of the starter dishes /appetizers: the spinach dish, and the eggplant dish.

Family ordered sushi and steaks for take out and they were both wonderful. Will eat in next time!

The dinner was yummy and came in a proper sized portion. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the cocktails were...I figured a restaurant like this would focus more on the food but the drinks were amazing as well!

Lunch 3 roll meal is amazing. You get a soup, salad, and 3 rolls for only $14. Truly incredible value. The restaurant is very nice inside and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

Best pad Thai I've had in Gainesville, the sushi is reasonably priced for how much you get. Highly recommend trying out if you haven't yet. And the Thai tea is also 🔥🔥.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Gainesville. I love the Teriyaki beef my partner loves the Eel rolls. We both love the sesame balls! The also have a great tea list.

This place is a gem, the food is delicious if you get Sue as your waitress you're in luck. She is amazing, engaging funny and she has amazing suggestions.

Absolutely fabulous! Their ginger salmon Bento box with coconut rice was delicious and includes a miso soup and ginger salad. I loved the food, service and ambiance. Our new favorite place.

Came here for my graduation dinner with a party of 8 and we had a great time. I made the reservation through google and it worked out; also, the restaurant called me like an hour before my reservation to confirm. the waiter was really friendly and the food was great. we all had a blast. definitely recommend.

I left stuffed and still had rice and sauce left over! The food was amazing (I got the chicken with spicy soy glaze) and it was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. I’ll definitely revisit next time I’m in Gainesville.

Liquid Ginger is a long time staple in Gainesville that still has very reasonably priced but quality food. The sushi bar addition was a great move. The menu is large but everything is delicious. The dinner bento box comes with soup; miso or spinach, salad( the creamy ginger dressing is subperb), mini sides and dessert( usually ice cream).
If you like Asian fusion and want a good meal, this is the place.

Great food and excellent service. Many vegetarian options.
