Very helpful and friendly staff! Greeted me as soon as I entered the store, helped me find the product I was looking for, educated me on the project I was working, etc! Good customer service is hard to come by but your staff exudes customer services!!!

West Marine has never let me down. Today I needed a new rod and reel and when I walked in I was immediately greeted. I asked about a couple combinations and made my selection within minutes. They even put line on the reel. I'm confident if I were to have gone to another place around the corner I would have waited for a long time for someone to open the case and they wouldn't of had any clue about the selection and they would of had 20 registers with 2 cashiers. Thanks West Marine.

Great when Rob is there, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Ryan is really good too. The older woman and teenager don't really seem to know much about the products.
