I was in need of prints made for an upcoming art show. I went in, explained that I was in a huge rush because of going out of town, explained everything I needed, and the really helped me out. Their customer service was great, they were able to go beyond my needs and give me a quality product. They really saved the day!! Great job guys! ( definitely a return customer!)

I needed a banner with an orange ribbon for a survivor party we had. All I could find on the internet were pink, so I took a screenshot of my favorite one and went to Reese's Print Shop. First thing they asked was if I had PDF which I did not. I explained what I needed for and they assured me they could do it I just had to email them the screenshot I had.
Sometime later I received a proof that I needed to approve. It was gorgeous, so much better then the screenshot I had showed them. As I was looking back and forth between the two pictures I realized that they had to recreate what I wanted because I did not have the PDF for them to use.
Use this knowledge to your advantage. If there is one thing you don't like on something you are going to need printed tell them. They are miracle workers and will help you create what you need.
