I went into this store the other day to get myself a new phone and Josh was the one who assisted me with everything! He was such a nice and helpful young man and made the whole process easier and less confusing on me. It was such a nice store and loved how Josh treated me. Will definitely be back to this store whenevee I need more service!

I went by here and met with Josh! He was so insanely helpful! Any questions I had he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic with answering. If you come here, definitely ask for josh you definitely won’t regret it! Best store experience I’ve had.

My grandma has been using cricket for a long time and we recently got her a new phone, Josh was so amazing and make it all very easy for my grandma and I. It was a quick process and we couldn’t be more thankful for how great our service was!!

Went to the store on Amelia Island and had the worst experience with the woman working there. She sat In her chair and rolled her eyes the whole. Time. I have a galaxy s10 and it wouldn't let me make or receive calls. She put a 5g Sim card in my phone to see if it would work. It didn't and said there absolutely nothing she can do. Then she kept my original Sim card and said I didn't need it and she erased everything on in??? So now ALL my contacts are gone. I went to the store in yulee and Brittany was the nicest , sweetest person I've met and she tried everything she could to fix it...and she fixed it with no problems. Don't go to the store on the island unless you want to deal with lazy people that do not want to help you at all. Brittany really made my day, and saved me so much money too!

I'm new to Cricket and Josh was such a joy! He was very patient, kind and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful!

Her name is Mrs.Kim she was definitely a big help when it came to my mom getting a new phone.Mrs. Kim told my mom all about the phone and how it works, to make it better they both have the same phone which was a bigger help. Mrs. Kim really give us the best customer service and was key to answering every question we had with phones and phone accessories. Definitely with me visiting their again speaking with Mrs. Kim.

People were very nice love there phone display in a person that likes play with b4 I but no other prepaid company can do that.. I'm very pleased with my of stylo price was 149 plus service it wasn't bad and I get insurance same ones Verizon deal with and I not stuck in a contract I 💜 them
