Starbucks I've been too! I've been to most in Charlotte but the vibes and energy in this store is wonderful! I've never had any issues with my order or drinks! Sweet staff! Rarely out if items and lines isn't too bad! Try them out! Great people 🥰❤🥰❤ They should know me by now since I order daily 🥴🤣

I stop by this Starbucks on the way to drop my daughter off at school and every morning I have a good experience. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, especially Yolen, who is the sweetest! I've been going there (drive-thru) for a while and it's always a pleasant visit. My order is always right!

Definitely one of the more efficient operating locations I've been to lately. Most haven't had drinks prepared in the ETA when ordering via mobile app, and in some cases... it takes longer to receive the cookie than the drink.

GREAT staff and friendly. Just a little slower than most starbucks but it is also a small country town so no one's in a big hurry.

Lilliana was a fantastic and calm cashier who kept the ball rolling when my original order was unavailable. She walked me through a substitution without missing a beat.
Someone else made my drink, and they did a great job.
Fast and friendly service, good product. Can't ask for more.

I went to Starbucks today it took them a little bit of time to hand out my order. I didn’t even mind because the girl working the drive thru window greeted me with a big smile. She looked happy to be at work and was very sweet. I believe her name was Camilla. We had a great conversation while I was waiting for my order. I would definitely recommend this location compared to others I’ve been to.

Best Starbucks I have ever been too. The baristas are awesome! The coffee was good. The seating area is nice too.

This place has a nice interior design. Very soothing space. It’s nice that it’s so near to us too. We’ve experienced some longer wait times but the place is so new it’s not a bad thing.

Somethings have been out of stock and that too is understandable in these post-pandemic inflationary times.

But a nice coffee with all the bells and whistles to bring out your inner white girl and drown your worries about the price of gas is a great experience.

Everyone is quite friendly and overall the experience is good.

SO thankful I don’t have to drive 22 minutes down 24/27 and 22 minutes back home just to get Starbucks anymore!

Miss Emma has had AMAZING energy every time we’ve been there and even remembers her customers! (Coming from someone who also works in customer service, we love that <3)

Yes, the line does take a minute and their supply isn’t always in stock, but they’re a new store and these small town southern moms and women swarmed the store the day it opened, so it’s 100% understandable. Just be patient with them because it’s a BRAND new store and they’re still working everything out and getting the inventory algorithm going :) y’all are doing amazing! Keep up the good work!

People in Locust are so ungrateful. Honestly I loved my recent experience at this Starbucks! My sister and I went through the drive thru and our drinks were amazing, as well as the customer service. Can’t wait to come back!

I just moved here from Charlotte so I was so excited to see this little area get a Starbucks! I had the best experience in drive thru today with Barista Rain who is sweet as pie. They were fast, whole order was correct and they even fanned me because I was hot! You can’t make this stuff up. Wonderful customer service. Will be back for my caffeine fix soon lol

Usually I go through the drive thru but this day I met a friend and we sat and talked a good while. The store was beautiful, peaceful, music was nice, just a really lovely atmosphere. I'll be going back inside again!

It was great. So good to have an actual Starbucks in Stanly County. The people complaining in the reviews don’t realize they just opened, and it takes time to work out everything. Or they are review bombing. I am coming back a lot. And if you don’t like this place there are few great local coffee shops to check out but no reason to be unnecessarily hateful.

I have been to this Starbucks more than once and it was great every time and the customer service was amazing!! The other people in locust with the nasty reviews should be happy they even have a Starbucks in the area! If you don’t like your coffees go to a Starbucks 30 min away instead.

camilla is the best worker there, she was so respectful and sweet. She was the only worker didn’t have an attitude. She deserves a raise or some sort of praise.

Typical Starbucks experience. Good coffee. I would recommend checking the line before you get in the drive through. It can be long.

Ordered ahead 10 min in app, no line, order was correct; happy it's not crazy busy yet! They have 5 mobile to-go order parking spaces too

Hooray! Finally learned the art of mocha! First couple of times I had mocha flavored water, and now I can enjoy the real thing!
