This place sucks! Sittin here for over 3 hrs with my 3 yr old daughter who's only here to get her foot checked to see if she sprained it, the hospital is empty an still no care. Too busy to do there job, they get paid to sit on their butts an chit-chat!

Had to have 2 ultrasounds during my pregnancy this year and 6 months after the birth of my child I am STILL fighting with this company and their billing company! They NEVER send bill statements...only send a "final notice" and then send you straight to outside collections. I've tried working with them, have gotten assurance from management levels that the account wasn't with outside collections, even made payments on the account but they STILL sent the account to outside collections...TWICE!!! There is NO excuse for this!!!!

Never received a bill from them for services rendered. The first one I received was from a collection agency. They need to update their billing practices.

I hope and pray that if something serious happens to me there will be enough time to get me to Huntsville or Birmingham.....This is the worst of the worst for emergency care.
