Awesome insurance company way cheaper then others

Pretty much the only game in town but the lady inside is very nice

Family were customers for 20 years and paid way more for home and auto coverage. They also sold a policy that was cancelled for one claim on home owners. They never bothered to notify us.

Anyone can call and shop around for their own coverage. Don't waste hundreds of dollars more when you can go online or call somewhere yourself. We used a local agent after we moved out of PC and our new agent saved us over $800 a year with MORE coverage limits than Tucker.

Thought would be pleasant experience until we had to cancel policy due to selling our renovated home. Was told would get refund then never did. The main lady said she was not sure why they did not give us the 6 months that we had already paid then they stopped returning calls. Very unsatisfied.

The woman who answers the phone & takes payment is the RUDEST customer service person I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend doing business with them unless you have no other choice.
