The Pharmacy staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to get prescriptions approved through insurance. They take extra steps that not all pharmacies are willing to spend time doing. They handle my mothers prescriptions and make the process as easy for patients as possible. Everyone has always been friendly and takes time to explain coverage.

Fast and friendly service! As a first time patient i was in and out of there in under 30 mins. Which is fantastic.

This place is so clean that it blows my mind. It is also very well stocked. Both attributes may be associated with the fact that in comparison to other pharmacies in this area, this is the most expensive.

It’s a ghost town no matter when you go in here. If all you’re getting is your meds, I say go for it. If you are thinking about doing shopping for home necessities…pass.

They had a sale on make-up (Physician's Formula brand) and it didn't work. The manager helped me but what she said didn't work either. They wasn't sure why and couldn't fix it so I left.

Seems to be only pharmacy that has medicine

Forced to go there by my insurance I find the staff rude and short. Whoever the pharmacist that was on duty today 10/07/23, pack up your things, I will be calling corporate to report you. The pharmacist chastized my 86yo diabetic mother because she was closing up at 1:30 pm and refused to giver her her Rebelsus, told her to come back later. Appalling behavior! Never shop there ever!

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Staff is rude, ignores complaints & messes something up every time

I am very sick right now and I went to ask the pharmacists at this Rite Aide if they could give me an estimate of when my medicine is ready. The blonde pharmacist with pixie length hair was EXTREMELY rude to me and raised her voice at me. She made me feel very stupid for even asking for a time estimate. I’m extremely upset and disappointed.

Went for a flu shot I was told I needed an appointment when it wasn’t even busy so I went to CVS instead

The drive thru is the worst. Very rude incompetent people. My family and I will never shop at rite aid again if it was the last place on earth. Avoid this place at all cost
