This Cold Stone is a must visit in the Wisconsin Dells!

I was very impressed with the service that my kids and I received - our ice cream server was kind to her core!

She was thorough, helpful, positive, and patient! She made us feel special, saying she would remember us and got to show off her creativity working patiently with my 3 year old.

After an enjoyable conversation, I learned this incredible human is the new owner! I am very optimistic that she will continue growing and thrive as a franchise owner.

As for the ice cream....it's Cold Stone! It's always amazing! Made from scratch, fresh, unique flavors with incredible mix-ins. Smoothies, cakes, fresh waffle cones!

Clean building and restrooms and a nice seating area inside!

"We stopped at Lake Delton Cold Stone Creamery after dinner tonight and were blown away! Despite a line of 20 people, the sole worker was a total rockstar! He remained calm, cool, and collected, taking everyone's ice cream orders with a smile and a can-do attitude. Talk about a superstar! He deserves a raise and promotion!

Went to this place twice for dates. Both times the ice cream was phenomenal. Their cheesecake flavors are fantastic and it's fun watching the servers scoop the ice cream with the metal paddles. If you get one ice cream to share, they automatically put two spoons into it for you so you don't have to ask.

The place was jam-packed, the line was almost out the door but the line was moving fast, people were just pouring in. Those ladies were working so hard and efficiently to get everyone taken care of. I thought the line would be moving slow and the 30min wait would be minimum but I was wrong. In less than 15min. we were out the door. Kudos to all the workers! The ice cream was Cold Stone good!

They had an all pink Barbie ice cream. I usually don't like sprinkles but they truly added to the cotton candy flavor. Which I also don't normally get. I shared a got to have it with two other people and they all agreed the consistency was perfect, almost gooey.

This place is fantastic! My girlfriend is a true ice cream fanatic and she absolutely loves it here. She's even willing to drive 30 minutes just to get her fix on a regular basis. The ice cream is so delicious that she's been known to make a meal out of it! Highly recommend checking this place out if you're a fan of creamy, flavorful ice cream.

BIGGEST SHOUTOUT to the young lady with brown hair that was working tonight at the Dells location. When I asked her about the cotton candy ice cream she gave me a sample, and I said "ok I'll have that in a love it. Do whatever you want with it. No limits." This adorable girl smiled so big, literally clapped and jumped up and down, so excited to throw in whatever she wanted. She handed it to me and said "that's literally the most fun I've had making icecream." It made my whole day. Whoever you are, I hope you see this. You are wonderful. OH, and your ice cream creation was amazing! Also, I've called and informed your store manager of your job well done too.:)

Josue was fantastic!! The line was non-stop to the front door. He was so pleasant, never batted an eye at the line, and thanked us for coming and to have a good evening. Top notch service!! Felt bad he was working alone. But he did it flawlessly!! Great job!!

This 5-star review is for one person alone and we think her name is Lily. We just left the store and this young woman was alone with a line 12+ deep the entirety of the time we were there. She was so calm and collected and it translated to the customers in line. No one was upset, everyone was patient, and everyone that was there got served. She did an amazing job tonight and deserves all possible recognition for her efforts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

BEST EXPERIENCE! Our server, Anna, was incredible! She knew her stuff and was kind, fast, and had fun with our crazy group! I would be VERY proud to have this young lady as a face to my business - a job extremely well done!

Joe was amazing in his service. He told us about the ice cream that he made himself and suggested some of his favorites. I’d recommend this place to anybody.

We visited Coldstone at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon when it was 11 degrees out and we weren't the only ones with that idea! Only one young lady working serving a steady stream of over 20 people in the time we were there, Kerrigan did a fantastic job getting through all the orders and keeping a smile on her face. We may have had a bit of a wait but that is totally understandable with only one staff member working and the delicious ice cream was worth it!

My coworker and client with special needs came in. It was a great experience. The guy was in a great mood. He sung us songs and was really great with our client. We had a memberable time here. Oh and the bathroom was nice and clean. The ice cream was very yummy

My first time at Cold Stone Creamy and I was very impressed. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the ice cream was wonderful. It was about $24 for two large waffle cones and one large dish, which in this day and age, especially in a tourist town, is reasonable.

Cold stone was great like always. Has been a few years since I visited this location. On our honeymoon (2010) had a chance to speak to the owner at that time. (Not sure that it's the same owner- he was very friendly and had fun hours that I believe reflected his own anniversary). Whether the same owner or not, business was still very clean, staff was very friendly and the ice cream was delicious!

The ice cream is yummy and the place is very clean. The employees are always nice and polite despite not having enough staff. If there is a wait, please be patient as the ice cream is worth the wait.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday at this Coldstone. The cake order got messed up and was not ready when it was supposed to. This was a total bummer and frustrating. However. The situation was handled wonderfully. The manager got me another cake although not ideal(I had a cake for my son). The owner personally called me and apologized. He was very professional and offered our group a trip back for ice cream. Although this was not necessary it was nice treat! We will be visiting this Cold Stone on trips back as the integrity of this business speaks for itself.
