Their guitar tech Rj is one of the best! He has done an excellent job on both of my guitars, from simple setups and maintenance to a minor neck repair. He takes extra steps to make sure the guitars don't get scratched while working on them, they truly get handled as if they were his own!

Knowledgeable staff. Definitely not your boutique uni-builder gear. Mass-produced imported stuff. If you need a quick connect item, slightly uncommon equipment, or a replacement in a pinch; then, it may be in-stock here locally. Great for pro's that can't afford spending session dollars waiting for things to arrive via courier. Have yet to be disappointed with service - they're outstanding.

My Daughter is 7 years old and take electric guitar lessons with Jason. He is very knowledgeable, informative knows what he's doing. He does a great job with her. He can tell if she is getting A little bored with a song so he will change it up for her and also asked her what songs she would like to learn which I think is awesome. Now only if I can get her to practice at home more, I think it's the lol. You can sit and wait in the lobby or you can sit in on the lesson. I wait in the little lobby that they have but there is a little monitor on the top and you can watch you can't hear anything but you can see what they're doing. She does love going and I love hearing their little conversations that they have during lesson when she's done.

As always, friendly people, you can pretty much give anything a 'test drive' without getting hassled, awesome store. I bought an acoustic Ibanez and absolutely love it. Thanks guys.

One of my favorite places to buy from! Staff is very friendly and Knowledgeable. The guitar tech RJ does great work! He did some work for me and I am very very pleased. If you need any work done to your Guitar or if you were planning on buying a guitar this is the place!

My husband and I took our daughter to the Guitar Center this evening to look at acoustic guitars. We walked in and quickly saw the acoustic guitar display. Once we narrowed it down to 2 manufacturers, we sought help. Brendon spent a long time explaining all aspects of the guitars and the pros and cons of each. Brendon had to tend to another customer and he sent Nick in to assist us further. Nick was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Once my daughter decided on the guitar, we were confident that we had made the right decision. We would definitely recommend the guitar center for all of your needs and we will definitely shop there in the future. The one thing that really stood out to us was that the entire staff works as a team. No one seemed upset when asked to assist others or help out.

I called this guitar center to ask about a used guitar from the website. I highly recommend working with Spencer - he's got the eye of the tiger and will do his best to get you the best deal!

Day saved by my friend, manager James. After dropping almost $1k on a pre-owned Akai Force; I received the shipment but the power cord was wrong!

As much of a bummer as it was to have to wait an extra day, I ordered a replacement, correct voltage cable from amazon and James comped me the cost as a refund.

At first I was scared, concerned, and skeptical that anyone would be willing to help... But I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied by the customer service I ended up receiving. Thank you!

He really makes lessons fun, and teaches in a way that allows you to start playing right away while also going as in detail with the theory as you want. It definitely helps round out the understanding of the concepts and has made music fun for me again when it was more like a chore as a kid. 👏🏻

It's nice to have a one stop shop for guitars and guitar accessories. Not like the old days fenders here les Paul there some things you couldn't even get. Bad times but now whatever you need presto there it is. Thank you guitar center 😄

They were very knowledgable on the drum sets that they had and very professional. They gave good suggestions what would work well with our needs! Jake was Awesome and Rob was also very helpful!

I just went in to get my guitar fixed because the output jack was loose and I kept losing signal when playing. I know it is an easy fix but
I couldn't do it, the guy fixed it right up! Not even 10 minutes... didn't even charge me! Writing this review to express my appreciation. Rock on!

Staff was very friendly and let you do your thing around the store, still had awesome discount of almost $40 from over 6 years ago in their system which shows loyalty and I love that, really really nice acoustic guitars on sale and was an overall very laid back vibe and very clean and easy to find things! Also had sound proof lesson booths! Will definitely be sticking to this store!

I bought a used bass, turned out it was a little worse for wear, they helped me track down a replacement, took really good care of me. Excellent team, and RJ is a great tech, I had a fantastic time here
