I ship from this location 3-4 times a month and have never had a major problem that they couldn’t resolve. It seems as if some people want them to back flip and hula hoop for them instead of following the process. Honestly, I feel bad for the employees because I’ve heard the way some entitled and rude customers talk to them. The line is long sometimes but I use the kiosk often. It’s the only location in Hoover and the employees can’t control the amount of people they are expected to serve. I would advise anyone who frequents this location the same way I advise my toddler: Listen, be patient, and treat others how you want to be treated.

Friendly staff and a quick line for a Friday afternoon. Just depends on who you get. They have plenty of supplies for shipping and they have greeting cards and even GIFT Cards from all your favorite spots.

I was skeptical about using the usps for getting my passport after all the negative reviews. I must say they were all incorrect. I had no problems with them at all. Very professional and courteous. Thank you for the pleasant experience Hoover P.O

Counter people are very helpful. The USPS problems appear to be in the organization, itself. No cameras or lighting on the outside boxes, lost mail in transit.

I use this office all the time...have found employees super helpful, work quickly to handle my packages and get me in and out. Apparently, I'm not going where other complainers are. Even when there are lines, the employees work very fast to get us in and out quickly. Far better than Irving, Texas where it took 30 minutes waiting in line as the norm! At Hoover, maximum I've waited is about 5 minutes!

I like coming to this Postal Service location. The staff is nice, and the times I have been there, the line moves quickly as well! No complaints! I hope their ratings improve over time!

I HATE going to the post office and have always been intimidated by it. When I started a business, I was forced to go. The associates at this location are soooo helpful and knowledgeable. Each time I go, they help me figure out the best shipping options, and they are always friendly. This is helpful for someone who is slowly becoming more comfortable with the process.

I have the best experiences at this location. The employees are fast and helpful. As a realtor, I send mail a good bit, and this location and their employees -- including those who come to my house daily are so kind!

Azariah was very pleasant and extremely knowledgable about the passport renewal process. He also cheerfully offered to help the lady in line behind save money on her package by suggesting a different box. Efficient, excellent service.

Azariah is consistently pleasant to work with. He is polite and patient every time. I’ve been helped by him a few times and he always has a smile on his face. This post office is lucky to have him here.

I have always loved going to our Hoover Post Office. The personel are polite and eager to help and my fellow Hoover residents are friendly and courteous as well!

Was just there earlier this week to send off 2 packages. The people were friendly and the line didnt take long at all. Both packages got delivered on time. :)
