The best buy in Brownsville, TX is amazing as far as their employees go. Everyone we talked to was beyond nice and helpful. They actually made sure we were taken care of before we walked out the door. I wish all the best buys were this awesome 😊

It couldn't have been faster...I was in line for two minutes then a guy showed up and said who's coming for a pick up I rise my hand and two minutes more I was on my way out of the store carrying my PC screen ..Just to mention I placed my order thirty minutes before arriving at the store and I'm not even from Brownsville I just saw the store on my way to work

I really love this store. I can find anything regarding electronics or technology, in general. This place is where I can learn a lot regarding the new electronic devices coming up. The service is excellent, all workers are well trained to answer questions and to serve you with any need and can, also, make you good sugestions ablut your inquiries. Excellent place to buy any electronic device you need. Beautiful place in terms of cleanliness and exposition. I love this store. 👍😘

Ordered, online, a 50 inch Toshiba tv day before Thanksgiving. Delivered by 10 am Friday morning to the campground we are staying at on South Padre Island. Driver was extremely professional and polite! Tv is perfect! Best Buy really earned all 5 stars here and our purchase price was under $300! Hard to believe on such a low price item that they would "White Glove" treat us! Lol, that's what it feels like!

Had a pleasant experience. The young lady at one of the counters was very nice and patient with listening to our requests as we explained to her what we were looking for.
She ended up finding us the best deal for our budget.we were looking for a chest freezer.
Highly recommend this store. Ask for Paula. She is really good at helping you find what you need.

Not crowded, employees are very helpful and friendly.
Was able to set up an appointment for a tv calibration to within 3 days! I'm shocked we were able to get an appointment so soon.

I love this place! It's my adult playground. I'm really happy that they got a small section dedicated to vinyl records. Even though they are a little more pricey than you'd find on Amazon, they still have a great selection. They also have almost anything you'd need when it comes to technology, and if it's not in store you can order it and get it in a few days.

Great layout of the store! And although this has only been a one time thing, when they're not charging at the main checkout they should have a sign or some way to notify customers that you have to go to the customer service line to be checked out. Other than that staff is super helpful and really wonderful to chat with.
