It is a good store. There was not a ton of staff available to help. It is well stocked but not as much as PetSmart. They are very helpful and personable.

I will gladly be going back for food and treats for the fur babies.

They provided great insight and helpfulness.

I can't think of a better pet store on the island.

They had just what I needed to get my puppy’s paw back in shape. Kind and knowledgeable sales people. I’ll be going back.

Came in for a retractable leash, love the one I got! Was great for bringing my pup along for the trip. Nice size store and pleasant people.

Always have everything I expect them to. I'd love to see more ORGANIC food, like Organix for instance & certain organic treats. We will spend the $$ just give us the option!

The store is clean and organized, I like the large selection of cat food brands they have. It's hard to find cat food that has duck or quail as the main component, and this location doesn't disappoint.

Great store for all your pet supply needs. I really appreciate how the employees always check to see if I need anything each time I am in the store.

I had a great experience at this store. Went in one afternoon needing a diaper for my French Bulldog who was in heat. I walked through the store looking at everything while searching for this item . One of the employees overheard my lady and I discussing the item and she asked if we needed any help. She was helpful in providing information and we found out that the store policy on returns was very favorable if our item didn't work out. All the employees were friendly and helpful and we would recommend this store for any small-pet needs.

I also wanted to offer my services to the owner. I am a Google certified 360 Photographer. I can take 360 Photos/ videos, and standard photos/videos of the establishment.

This is the place to go for great prices when it comes to dog food and macaw food and toys. Staff is very helpful and kind.

Great service, nice people. They always have what I need our they know where I can get out. They have adorable pets too buy.

Gr8 service! They don't have everything, yet will help find alternative & possibly order items if it meets with needs of customer base. Always ready to help w/heavy stuff for this diff-abilities biped including to car! Take advantage of Military & Sr discount day: last Tue of month. Hard to schedule it tho' & wish it was at least 2x's a month. If disabled chk ahead for not busy times = better parking & more service help. Was difficult to maneuver around store, many loaded pallets 🚫 aisles. Do have hiring sign, like many businesses = short staffed.

Always a fun trip, but hard to find XS sizing for dogs. That was a problem for me because I have a new puppy. Great stuff otherwise. Clean store. Friendly employees.

We really appreciate & love this place so much. Everyone that works here is very welcoming & friendly in a professional environment. Lot's of great different items for different types of animals. My dog loves this place & she's very sweet but picky. From her leather collar, leash, & Kong toys.

We went on 8/19 and they were closing in 20 minutes however everyone was wonderful and helpful and John was amazing helping us get our fish and being so patient. Amazing staff and customer service

Very friendly staff!
Was pleased to discover that they offer some food for salt water aquariums in the freezer section. Would love to see more offerings such as reef glue, reef putty and filter socks etc. It is nice being able to stay local as the nearest reef shops are Melbourne or Titusville. Will definitely shop here again.
