always always always the best service. the employees at this starbucks seriously always go above and beyond to give you the best possible experience.
the few times i have had any issues with my order, whether it was a mix up or my order was lost track of (which very rarely happens), the employees are very attentive and apologetic for the wait and the mistake. there were even a few times that i was waiting on a drink and they noticed that i was waiting a bit longer than other customers and THEY came to ME to ask about my order to make sure they were making it and didn’t lose track of it. super super impressed with all the employees and their customer service.
10/10 recommend this location.

definitely can get a little busy in this location and drive thru, but considering how amazing the team is here, it makes sense to me that people want to come to this location.

Decided to go in and carry out. All the people there were very nice . I had very good customer service. I had a spinach feta wrap delicious and my coffee was perfect. It's nice to go in to anywhere now a days with kind people. I will be back.

My autistic son went in to get his birthday free drink and pay for my drink(mom) 😁 well we did not realize it was due to points and such :( so ended up just buying his , this lovely lady that was making drinks made me a iced coffee Bless her heart cuz I didn't have the money to pay for mine .. that's what I call going above and beyond THANK YOU SO MUCH LADIES!!

Shocked by the mood this location set right away. I walked in the door and said, "wow" under my breath. Extremely comfortable, woodsy vibe to this place. There's brown leather and wood all over. I will frequent this place many times to do work and study in the future.

I've been to nearly all the Starbucks in the Kalamazoo Area and this one by far is the best imo. I get the refreshers a lot and many of the other Starbucks are ALWAYS out of the refresher drinks (Mango Dragonfruit & Strawberry Acai). This one I can always count on to have the refreshers. Friendly staff and always stocked. Drive thru moves quickly. They are open later than other locations. Easily best Starbucks in the local area. Only downside is the parking lot isn't great, lots of potholes near the drive thru but they recently have been filled.

Been here dozens of times to work during the day, other times in the drive through, and my drink is always consistent. Store is very clean and notably one of the nicest interior designs/ambiance of most suburban Starbucks. Love it here!

Great service, drinks, and food today. The attendant was nice enough to suggest drinks for me when I told them roughly what I wanted. Service was fast for the relatively big order I had: 3 blended drinks and 1 hot food item. Good show everyone!

They are always friendly here and get the orders right. Breakfast sandwhiches/wraps are good and filling.

I don't frequent Starbucks, but I did have a mommy/baby play date there recently and loved the laid back, comfortable atmosphere at this location. We were able to lay a blanket down in between two comfy chairs and let the babies play while we sipped coffee and caught up. I tried the cold brew with a splash of vanilla sweet cream and it was delicious! It also wasn't as busy as I was expecting it to be for a Saturday morning, which was nice and I didn't feel like I was hogging space. I am definitely looking forward to returning to this location and getting a cold brew again!

Love the atmosphere at this location and the staff are amazing. Taking the volume of customers into consideration, the turn around time is extremely fast and accurate. I travel often for work, and this is by far one of the best Starbucks around. Great staff, teamwork and extremely knowledgeable and proficient.

Very cozy environment for meetings or work!

We stopped here on our way out. Barista was friendly and I asked for a surprise hot drink and she did an awesome job. Vanilla latte with oatmilk and toffee nut drizzle. We also got the iced mocha cookie crumble.

Marrisa displayed excellent customer service skills at the drive thru pick up window today. Service was 6 out of 5 stars! Thank you for making the daylight savings morning a pleasant experience even though the drive thru was packed! Keep this employee happy they deserve a raise!

Omg. I just went through the DT and Merrill was so wonderful! They went above and beyond and got me some sriracha to go with my sandwich. It made my night!!! I love this Starbucks, it’s close to my work so I go there often and I can’t say enough good things about the workers here. Highly recommend! ❤❤

Love the coffees food is great too

My wife and I are from the Lansing area amd were in Portage this afternoon. Stopped in for a quick mobile order. This location (as well as any establishment on Christmas Eve) was understandably very busy. The baristas were very nice and apologetic that the drinks took longer than expected. Very clean and comfortable location. Great service, very nice location and delicious drinks. Will definitely return when in the area again!
