The ladies at Viva Ballroom did an absolutely amazing flawless job for hosting my son's Bar Mitzvah. Everything was prepared and decorated ahead of time. They helped with recommendations for catering, bartenders, decorations, and a DJ!A++ for professionalism and coordination.

I absolutely enjoyed hosting my baby shower here. Everything was beautiful and the communication was perfection. Dee made sure all my needs were met and answered all questions. Thank you viva ballroom.

Best night ever! Dee and the event coordinators were very accommodating and super friendly. The venue itself was gorgeous. Definitely more than what we expected! Communication before and during the event was very punctual and much appreciated. Every little detail they set up made our night even more magical. Dee gets out of her way to make your night perfect. It’s was amazing! We was having a sweet 16 birthday party. It’s was perfect. They provide most of the decorations, tables, chairs, speaker, and etc., with the good prices! They was able to communicate with us especially we are deaf. They understand and work with us so well!

AMAZING!!! We had our wedding here and so glad we choose you. The place is great, clean and the staff did very good job. Made us feel like at home. Worry free, beautiful decorated, professional, caring and much more. We will use Viva again. Thank you for making our special day amazing!

I would highly recommend Viva Ballroom when hosting your special events! They are very professional, kind, and helpful. We couldn’t have hosted my parents wedding at any other place! Convenient, elegant, and just what we needed. The space fit all 55ish of us comfortably. Great layout with a bridal room! Plus clean-up! Amazing. Thank you ladies!

When my cruise wedding was canceled due to COVID-19 In June I went into hyper mode trying to find a reception venue that could fit us! I called around and Dee was so informative over the phone of pricing and got us in for a tour that Sunday! I was looking for a venue that was like us: simple yet elegant! I wouldn’t recommend if you have a guest count over 70-80 but if less then this is it! Communication between Dee and I was great! We even stopped in a few times to show our moms + caterer so they knew where to set up. They were also flexible with changing seat covers to fit our wedding colors. The venue tables were also decorated for us so we saved money there! They were there with set up and clean up which was awesome. We had a GREAT time at our reception from beginning to end and I hope future brides do as well!

We used this venue for a baby shower. The decorations included were great. We added some of our own decor/personal touches to make it perfect. The communication to coordinate things (decorations, set up, guest count, timing, etc) were outstanding. All of our guests LOVED the event, and the mom-to-be was happy!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED Viva Ballroom! The venue itself is tasteful and affordable, but Dee and Julia are the real magic here. Not only are they professional and EXTREMELY helpful, but they made our vision come to life and exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be using this venue in the future and highly reccomend their services.

If you are looking for a venue in the Palm Coast area, Viva Ballroom is the pace to go. We celebrated my mom 60th and was a great choice. The place is elegant and Dee and Julia are awesome. I highly recommend Viva ballroom! Dee and Julia were very nice, helpful and professional. Everyone enjoyed my sister’s surprised birthday party last December. My sister loved the venue, everyone had an awesome time. Now I know where I’ll go for the next party!!!

Where do I start, from the very beginning the hospitality was beyond welcoming. When we went to view the venue we were very impressed. They helped with the set up of my daughters babyshower, assisted with the decorations and even stood by through the whole duration of the event to assure everything went over smoothly. They value for our buck was a complete Bang! I would definitely be using Viva Ballroom of palm coast again and recommending to everyone for their special events.

These two ladies we're AWESOME! We had to change our venue less than three weeks of our wedding date. When meeting with Dee & Julia to see the new venue, they were so helpful from the get go. They allowed us to come in the night before to see how we wanted to set things up and to decorate. They didn't rush us, they gave us ideas, and listened to our ideas. I walked into Viva Ballroom a complete stredded out bride. After seeing and talking with the young ladies, it was like weight had been lifted of my shoulders. Dure our wedding they helped out with odd things, like picking up trash, helping with the drink and food area. If I wanted something they provided it the best way they could. I can not say enough on how they treated us.

I was looking for a place to host my wedding reception after my original wedding plans were cancelled last minute for personal reasons.

I needed an affordable place that pretty much had everything (chairs, tables, decorations, etc) because there wasn’t much time left to rent everything out separately. I literally had 3 weeks to plan a whole wedding by myself. I was SO lucky to find this place. They have pretty much everything you need. The only thing I really had to worry about were the food/drinks/tableware and things like that. The place is beautiful with large windows, backlighting, covered chairs and tables, and much more! The owners are SO sweet and welcoming. This is the perfect place to have a smaller wedding or any event, really.

I had planned to have an outside wedding ceremony and then come here for the reception. Well, it was pouring out the day of my wedding and the ceremony location had to close down. I was desperate, not knowing what to do. I called the Viva crew and they quickly set up everything so I can have my ceremony there too. They really went above and beyond and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if I hadn’t reserved this beautiful place. After such a stressful situation, it was nice to have the rest of the night to dance and have fun with my family and friends in a dry place lol.

I will recommend this place to everyone!! 10/10 recommend this place! No need to look further! Plus, Walmart is literally a min away in case u need to buy more drinks and ice for your party😎.

I planned my mother's 75th birthday party from Boston. Vee was so helpful throughout the whole process and made everything so easy. She responds quick, plenty of details and was so helpful the day of the event. Thank you Viva Ballroom

I give the ladies a high rating. I had a celebration of my husband's life in January 2020. Over 50 guests attended and everything was perfect.
The food was excellent!
The ladies went above and beyond for me. I had a special song I wanted played at a specified time and Dee timed it perfect for me. They were attentive to everything I requested and did a fabulous job for me. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I are from two different cultures (Indian and Puerto Rican), which meant that having a wedding was going to be extremely expensive and complicated... so we thought.... When we found Viva Ballroom and met the owners Dee and Vivian, we found a great value reception for our wedding that exceeded our expectations. The owners made the process of setup and breakdown seamless and communicated with me any time I needed them throughout our wedding planning. Our guest count of 60 people exceeded their advertised guest capacity limit, but they were able to fit everyone comfortably and have a large dance floor. The ballroom is beautiful and made our one of a kind Indian-American-Puerto Rican culture fusion wedding a success. If the owners could handle our insane overdone wedding and make it so stunningly beautiful, then they can make ANYONES WEDDING PERFECT & BEAUTIFUL.

Only things to note:
1. THERE IS NO FRIDGE OR KITCHEN-Be prepared to have a food delivery person or ice/food runner. We had the most issues with trying to figure out how to keep drinks cold the setup day before because we didn't get married in the reception. We got married 30min away so we had to setup the day before with drinks in a cooler to stay cold overnight and then an additional food/ice runner to pickup more ice and the fresh food the next day. Sternos are used to keep food hot. All our food and drinks were perfect temperature but keep this in mind! I recommend getting married IN THE RECEPTION to avoid this issue with keeping things cold.
2. THERE ARE OTHER EVENTS HERE SO YOU CAN'T JUST SHOW UP ANY TIME TO SETUP THE DAY BEFORE. We had to setup at 7:30pm the day before the wedding which was later than I wanted but we made it work and got it done at 9:10pm but they wanted us out by 8:30pm... don't be overcomplicared with decor and drinks like we were.. they want setup quick and easy, not overcomplex. Just use their decor is nice!

4. NO FIRE LIT CANDLES ALLOWED- ONLY BATTERY-POWERED (WHICH STILL LOOK BEAUTIFUL)
5. NO CONFETTI POPPERS OR CANNONS ALLOWED!!
6. THEY DO HAVE A PROJECTOR TO LOOP VIDEOS AND PICTURES WHICH IS AWESOME!
7. THEY HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE SO BRING YOUR OWN BOOZE!!!
