Foothill family Donuts

I love this place. It’s located right inside P and M Mini Mart convenience store. The dinner service fresh and very tasty. I stopped by here whenever I’m in the area. The girls at work behind the counter are very nice friendly and efficient and they are happy to see you there.

It should be illegal to make donuts this good! This was my first visit and after having one donut, I can’t believe there wasn’t a line out the door. Keep up the good work!

I went in there for donuts and coffee it's a donut shop what do you expect if you want donuts and a fresh coffee I definitely recommend this place

The staff is one of the main reasons I love coming to this place. The doughnuts are good, decently priced. There menu sign needs updating. I wish they didn't have to sell so much beer but it's a convenient store so ya know whatever is convenient. I miss being able to sit down in here

So fresh. So tasty. Not overwhelming sweet for a glazed donut. Not oily tasting. Staff was so nice. Got a chocolate covered glazed. And coconut glasses. Would absolutely come back next time in town.

Foothill family donuts is located in back of Foothill high School this little mini market has the most delicious donuts I have ever tasted yes eat Your heart out Krispy Kreme and yum yum donuts you two don't stand a chance next to family donuts and on top of the wide variety selection of donuts they also have jalapeno and cheese croissant sandwiches oh my God these are delicious

Being an east Bakersfield native it stands to reason I'd wander into this place sooner or later. I thought the actual " hot plant ", or bakery was somewhere up Morning and out Niles and that the bake was trucked to the store each morning. Not so. This was true at one time but not any longer.
The store has it's own donut production area and the bake is done on premises daily. These donuts are fresh, ample, and flavorful. I'll give these donuts the Pepsi challenge against anything in the same class here in town. I'm going " Best In Town " for these until proven otherwise.
I'm a baker and the pandemic has taken a toll on my finances and resources. I need a job and I've been quietly looking around. Real bakers don't like to do donuts. It's messy, dirty, hard work at a fast pace. You burn your fingertips, you absorb grease and sugar, cleaning deep fryers and greasy floors is a pain. But I'd work at their bakery or the store. It looks like a class operation. I might ask if they need a relief baker or a bread and biscuit maker. All they need is my artisan bread, buns, and rolls, some quality bisquits, and they're pushing some other businesses out.

The cashier is always so nice. She has been there 13 years and the main reason I go back.. plus their doughnuts are great too!

Love the donuts here reminds me of the ones i got when i was young. They do make Ham and cheese croissant that are very good. The coffe is pretty good to i do like getting it here. I do recommend trying them out,you won't be disappointed.

The donuts are so good. My husband likes the croissants with cheese and jalapeno. The young ladies that work there are amazing. Very friendly and always 😃
