And she was quite helpful showing me the differences. Telling me the prices and the differences. And I have to give her 5 stars for. Her capability as a sales lady . I have been to Mattress Firm in Ashtabula a couple of times to make a decision on a mattress. Zak went out of his way everytime to assist me, with his expertise & non- pressure friendly attitude. Sara was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining the plushness for me. Decided on the Sealy plush eurotop, she was patient while I tested and questioned everything! Happy with the pricing as I could not spend thousands. Go see Sara at the Ashtabula store!

Had just what we were looking for. Our salesperson Sara, was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained all aspects of our purchase, and made us felt at ease with our decisions.

Zach was a great help! We went in with an idea of what we were wanting and he showed us all the mattresses we were looking for and some we didn’t think we might need to open up our eyes to what’s best available to suit our needs. He put together a comparison of a few and we narrowed it down to two and we were able to make an informed decision that was best for us

Great atmosphere! Excellent employees Sara and Zac! We were in the showroom for several hours trying numerous automatic beds for my husband and they were both awesome helping us. My husband is disabled due to back surgery and also suffers from dementia and they were very helpful towards him and me. I also called and Zac ordered my headboard attachment for me and that was so easy for me! Thank you Zac. I’ll be back when my mattress needs replaced and will definitely pass the word about the great service we received!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. We spoke with the sales person about what we were looking for. She took note then asked about it sleeping patterns. We were then shown what we thought we wanted, and it seemed really nice. But then she asked us to check out a couple other options. To our surprise we actually decided on something we hadn't considered. We are so excited and can't wait for the new bed to arrive. There was No pressure and the experience was amazing. The salesperson made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you, Michelle, we really appreciate the time you spent helping us find Our new bed.
