The best country food around! Was just riding through super hungry and saw this place! It's amazing I highly recommend the chicken fried steak it's the absolute best. me and man got it and finished it completely!

I'm the local diner type. My experience here was amazing. The food, the sweet tea, the overall look of the place. My wife had the fried catfish, please just add the shrimp, you'll be happy you did. I had the chicken fried steak, with Mac and mash. Primo top pick for sure. Loaded fries to start. 11/10 ! 5 stars plus!

The service was great! Aubrey was fantastic, made sure we had full drinks and anything else we could possibly want. I had the hamburger steak with the potato zingers and it was fantastic! We will be back

Wow! First time at the Local Fork and it was amazing. Omelets, home fries, homemade biscuits (!!!), sausage gravy. I would take a picture, but we ate it all!

Shelby is an amazing and attentive waitress and the manager stopped by to check on us. Wonderful Texas and country decor for a homey atmosphere, too.

We will be back anytime we are in town. =)

The kitchen staff makes hot and delicious food and it comes out quickly. The servers are friendly and check to see if you need anything the entire time you are there.
Callie, the manager is very nice and makes sure everything comes out right or she will make it right. An overall great place to go eat anytime of the day. We Love going there!

My wife and I just had lunch there. We ordered the texas size chicken fried steak and the chicken fried chicken, two side and salad. The food was amazing and the best sweet tea ever. Of course, we couldn't eat it all but now we have supper as well. Our waiter, Jesse, was absolutely amazing. We recommend this place and we will be back. Thank you guys.

Wonderful local restaurant serving comfort foods. Worth a repeat visit! Had the special of the day: fried catfish, salad bar, 2 sides, gumbo, rolls & drink included for $11. What a deal! We had to take some home, couldn't finish it! Food was hot, fresh and the service was excellent. We will be back. Worth a detour if you are in the area.

My husband recommended this place to me, which is 30 minutes away from my house. I am very picky, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was great. The service crew are so friendly and I love the atmosphere. If I can give 10 stars, I will.

Had a wonderful meal. The steak was perfect. Noah gave us great service. Talked with the manager and was told they are having a Valentin special that I will not miss. Absolutely recommend this restaurant, you couldn't ask for more.

First time trying after driving by many times. A wonderful environment very family friendly and homie feeling. The food was soooooo much better than expected it to be. The staff is very helpful and kind. My only qualm was that drink wasn't kept refilled, but that's just not picking.

I went for breakfast thos morning and had the Monte crisco..it was absolutely divine..there is so many delicious options from your down home typical egg breakfast to so many gourmet options like the Benedict and chorizo tacos...my next visit will be to try the yummy sounding crusted French toast..the servers was super attentive and made me feel so very welcome..I'll be back

Delicious homestyle cooking! The salad bar was fully stocked with fresh fixings and even had some sweet and juicy cantellop!

We have been here many times for breakfast with our daughter and we all love it! Not only is the food amazing home style breakfast but the staff is so nice as well and always have a smile on their faces.
