Due-Back

This place is so cute I wish I found it sooner! They have a lot of specialty lattes that are so yummers!! They also host a lot of events! I love this place will be coming here more !

Adorable coffee shop with really high quality coffee, drinks, and baked goods. The owner and the people who work there are super friendly and always have the best suggestions. The drink specials rotate a lot and you can always try something new! If you're not a coffee-drinker I promise you will be able to order something you love. Due Back is basically the only place I am willing to go to spend money on coffee outside of my house, I can't recommend it enough.

First time visit. Place is very small and just for takeout. Was happy to be served a Nicaraguan coffee from Think Coffee Roasters which was very good. It was served pour over style which is by far the best way to get your coffee. Girl was extremely nice and will be back to try one of the many other single origin choices. Great prices also

My boyfriend and I come here all the time from Beachwood, it’s definitely my favorite coffee place! I’m a big flavored coffee girlie and due back always has the best flavors. There teas are also so good I love matcha and the matcha there is BOMB. I also love that they have specials every month so I get to always try something new! The owners are super sweet, the store is cute, the pastries are also pretty good. There’s seating outside in the shade and it’s also only a few blocks away from the boardwalk which is awesome! I can’t recommend this place enough🫶

It's rare when I see a small business on Instagram in the early morning that I get SO excited about that I race there maybe an hour after they open, but Due-Back was absolutely love at first sight.

There are large coffee chains that pay millions to try and recreate the authentic charm and aesthetic that Due-Back achieves through just being themselves. Everything is hand crafted from the blended hot and cold beverages straight down to their branded merchandise (go check out the hand sewn beach hats!). Even the decor is made or hand painted by one of the owners.

But they're not all flash and no bang; the coffee is fantastic. I looked at the menu before I went and knew that I'd be ordering the "Dirty Chia Latte" ( dirty because they add a shot of espresso) but what I wasn't expecting was that I could get it iced!

Check their winter hours and go bask in their caffeinated awesomeness now before the nice weather hits, as the main drag in Island Heights does get busy.

Located in the beautiful Island Heights area, this local coffee spot is one of my all-time favorites! I usually get the same hot roast every time, but there are a variety of different coffee / non coffee options as well as a great selection of yummy baked goods!
During my most recent visit I even bought some Due-Back themed merch!! The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well! As I am a regular, I'll surely be returning.

Great mid-century vibe, friendly service and probably one of the best matcha latte I've ever had. Highly recommended!

The best shop ever! You will always find something delicious here! Due-Back is my go to shop on the weekends! The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming! I recently had their butterbeer and it is wonderful for any Harry Potter fans!

Due-Back is awesome. Its nice having a small shop of any kind in Island Heights so we don't have to journey into the big city (Toms River) and deal with all the city slickers (Toms River residents). Even better that its a cafe with good coffee and a cool theme.

The women who took care of us was super sweet and helpful. Will definitely come back again!

Wow…I received a sample of the Lorimer blend from my co-worker Bill Miele and the berry, and chocolate notes make this coffee taste amazing. Due-back coffee is legit and better tasting than some Starbucks blends that I’ve tried with similar notes. Definitely would purchase this product and would recommend for any coffee drinker.

The ice mocha latte with coconut milk and pistachio cold foam is so bomb Due Back is hands down the best Coffee Shop in Toms River!

This is my new favorite coffee shop! I used to love Dunkin’, but if I want a consistently great cup I always go to Due-Back. There are so many varieties of coffee and tea to choose from, and the coffee doesn’t taste burnt like Starbucks. I love the pour over coffee because it’s so fresh every time, but recently I started drinking the turmeric latte. It has helped with my acid reflux immensely! I can’t get enough of this place. If you’re looking for a cute, local, small business to support, Due-Back is it! They have delicious pastries from local bakeries and even some ice cream bars for the kids in the summer. Once you grab your goodies you can take a short walk down to the river and enjoy the view. Oh also, if you’re looking for a hidden menu item… ask about the blue raspberry lemonade. Thank me later ;)

Amazing new spot with more to offer than just coffee. Locally owned and operated by a passionate owner that puts 110% into every cup brewed. If the various assortments of delicious goods didn’t have you Due Back for more, the excellent ownership and retro vibes certainly will. And to top it all off, it’s located in the perfect area to relax on the water or walk the boardwalk. Skip the typical coffee chains and come enjoy a homegrown experience with real character and charm.

My husband and I both enjoyed an iced latte on Sunday at this sweet little shop in Island Heights! The flavor was delicious and I’m bringing some of my friends to try it out! Eat and shop local at this fabulous new coffee shop, you won’t be disappointed! The owner is pretty awesome too.

Best coffee ever! Too bad I'm from out of town, otherwise I'd be there everyday! The owner and workers are so kind and friendly. The theme of this coffee shop is adorable! The bags of coffee I have from Due-Back are running low, so I will for sure be stopping by again shortly. Thanks for the great beverages and service!
