Being from NY, and this being Christmas time... I expected long lines and grumpy clerks at the post office today, but instead I had the best experience! I waited about 5 minutes, was greeted professionally, and my business was transacted in less than 3 minutes. The clerk was so nice, and so were the others I saw there. I highly recommend the Palm Coast Post Office!!

Very busy post office of the normal day and being the holiday season, a much higher volume of customers at the window mailing packages. Every window flowed quickly. I was greeted in a pleasant manner and the transaction went smoothly and I was in and out in a matter of minutes. I trust my packages with the Palm coast post office.

This is the first Post Office I actually didn’t mind going to. The line is long but goes by very fast. The customer service people are great. Very helpful, polite, patient and knowledgeable.

Always on point & grateful for their service!! How about we say THANK YOU instead of leaving sub-par reviews for stupid reasons?! Seriously 🤷🏼‍♀

Parking lot was packed, long line inside but all windows were open and was out in no time!

I've had some ups and downs at this post office but most post offices are understaffed and have to deal with a lot each day, so I understand. I'm leaving a 5 star review though because of a particular thing that happened today.

To preface, I run a small online business and mail thru USPS because they have the best prices. Yesterday, I dropped off a batch of small envelope sized packages and didn't realize one of them was unmarked. I brought the small unmarked package to weigh at the self service machine and because I was in a rush, I thoughtlessly put it in the drop off with the rest of my packages. I didn't realize my mistake until I was on the way home. I shrugged it off, taking the L and accepting that it may have been thrown away as it was unmarked.

Today though, my dad found the unmarked package in our PO BOX. Someone working there must have assumed that the package's return address was that PO BOX as it looked like all the other packages I dropped off that day. They assumed right!

I want to send a big thank you to whoever did that for me as I really appreciate it. It was my mistake and someone had the patience to sort it back out and that's really awesome.

I know a lot of people have their gripes about USPS and this location in particular, but I wanna just say, I think they are trying to do their best under the circumstances they are under, especially now operating in the midst of a pandemic and as the election is right around the corner. And there are certainly gems working there based on the blessing I got today.

Sorry, not exactly normal when someone shows up in a personal vehicle wearing street clothes to deliver a USPS package while peeking into my vehicle in the driveway.

Palm Coast Post Office has great customer service. I've been going to this PO for 26 years and never have any problems. Employees behind the counter are always helpful and courteous.

Cameron W. is the best customer survice supervisor. He is very professional and attentive to customer’s needs. He identifies and solves client’s problems in a timely manner. Excellent communication skills! I wish our post office had more professionals like him.

The staff is always pleasant.. especially Dale, Lori and Ramon. Very fast service. I've never had any issues with my packages. Thank you, guys, for all your hard work!

I like this post office!! The older guy with white hair (wish I knew his name) is always friendly and helpful. This post office is Much better than the small one across from the community center on palm coast pkwy ..

The people at the counter are polite and helpful. They create a pleasant environment in a time when maintaining infrastructure is more difficult and important than ever.

Norma in bulk mailing is a treasure. She made the experience of sending out a large mailing quick a pleasurable. She is always smiling. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Norma!!

Always great customer service, very informative to all of your shipping needs. The employees get you in and out fast, even when they are busy during the holiays.

Never had a problem with the ppl here. I use the kiosks often to ship packages.
